Hello everyone, So this isn't a story I told you about. Actually it's just one of those spurt of the moment story when you get an inspiration and just put it before everything else.
Enjoy :) "I'm not the person you fell in love with anymore. Everything you knew- everything you thought you knew about me isn't true. I'm falling apart, piece by piece. I'm sick Troy; this is why I said no." March is a month of new beginnings. The sun has melted all the snow away and it's just warm enough for spring shoes. You look out the window and there's just a tiny bit of evidence that trees are starting to bloom. The season's changing; it's time for a new beginning. Gabriella had just finished all her evening chores at her mother's house. Now, she pulled back her long dark hair into a messy bun and pounced on the bed. Sighing at the comfortable position, she groans at the pain in her head. She had just gotten rid of the flu. A virus her boyfriend passed along to her, that same boyfriend that jumped on the bed and startled her. Troy Bolton always made an effort to spend most of his time with his girlfriend. Even if it was cleaning house on their spring break from college. They had been together for over five years. They joined the same college two years ago and were working hard on their careers. Gabriella was studying to be a school teacher, she was always good with children and it had been her calling to teach English. Troy on the other hand, never wanted to set foot in high school again, even though he wanted to coach basketball after he finished playing for Duke. Both had a bright future ahead of them. "Want some ice cream? Your mom is making brownies." Brownies had always been Troy's favorite. "I just want to sleep," groaning Gabriella put the pillow over her head. "C'mon. Babe, you have all night to sleep." He laid beside her now, his right hand tracing her flat stomach. Her fingers reached out to stoke his brown hair. "I'm whooped. You, go get your ice cream. I'll be here, asleep when you get done." "Fine." With that he stomped out of the room pretending to be a child. She laughed to herself. The first time he did that was when she realized she loved him. They had met at their parents' business party their sophomore year in high school. Slowly, they kept passing each other by in the hallways with a smile, then a "HI", a wave, and finally pulling each other out to converse. They started out as "friends", funny how their other friends didn't think so. Okay, they had chemistry but neither of them acted on it until Gabriella's debutant ball. Troy was escorting her and she had no reason to reject. Gabriella was the first to act, after the party she was so excited. She grabbed his face and kissed him. Needless to say it took off straight away. Jolting from her sleep,, Gabriella rushed out of the bed. She had an urge to throw up, and the urge wasn't waiting. Her headache had worsened since she lay down. Troy came in with a bowl then when he noticed his girlfriend rush out; he put it down and ran to her. Maybe she still had the flu? Maybe this was just the beginning.
