"This is a blue swallowtail," he murmurs, softly. "She is very old now, and will stay with you."
His hands place the butterfly on her hair, blue and black on silky black.
She turns her head, slowly, and the blue bursts from her hair in a firework.
He wants to kiss her, but he doesn't. The butterfly is doing that for him, resting on her hair and swooping down to her cheek. And she is smiling, the warm curve of her face like the smooth curve of a butterfly wing, and Shino is happy as Hinata beams a glowing smile.
Shino/Hina needs more love. This was just a little 100 word drabble thing, because I was in the writing mood (unfortunately, not the mood for my novel...)
