Okay this will be new for me, I never watched any Doctor Who. It's my mom's favorite franchise and today's her birthday so I thought I would try my best at this. I hope I do fine on this.
We first see an ordinary neighborhood, where we see a grown, woman, curly dark blonde hair, green eyes. What's the most gentle way to say, she's a has little more... mass on her, particularly her gut. She had just arrived from the gym, her husband would home late for work, and her son had two college courses that day. She decided to take a little rest on the long leather couch before getting dinner started.
But then she heard a zapping sound and a ball of lightning. It came from the back yard, she went to check it out, and saw something that both shocked and confused her. Right on her porch was what looked like a blue and white British phone booth, how this got in her backyard she had no idea. She saw a note on the handle of the door that read.
"To who this leads to, for whom that was found by the TARDIS. It has chosen you to be the next defender. I know it may look like an ordinary phone booth, but when you walk into it, it's much bigger inside than outside. There will be button with a note on it that will explain everything you need to know

The Doctor.
The lady didn't know what to think, she movies of a guy in a travelling phone booth. But never thought of them to be actually real. She pushed through the door to make sure what the note said was true. And to her surprise it was, the entire interior looked like a mix of a space ship cockpit and a science lab.There were control panels, computers from different centuries, and some sort of chamber that was in the middle of the room. On one of the panels in front of a giant screen she saw a tiny red button with note on it 'press me'. Part of her wanted to run, but the other part of her was curious. So she pushed the button, and on the screen popped up the image of an elderly man in a tuxedo.
"Welcome rookie, to the Time and Relative Dimensions in Space. TARDIS for short. This has been the main modes of transportation and housing of the time lords of the dimensions. The Doctors, I was the last Doctor. Before I was ambushed by all my past enemies, I encoded the TARDIS with a command. 'If I were to ever be defeated, find the next Doctor. Who will take my place as defender of time and space.' And now that responsibility has fallen into your hands. You will learn everything you need here to protect the flow of time and relative dimensions. Are you ready?
Yes or no?"
The woman was in total shock, out of near infinite possible candidates to be the next doctor in the millions of dimensions, she was chosen. To her this was a dream come true. But could she leave her two favorite boys behind, she wasn't sure.
"If you are feeling conflicted, you can take two of your companions to join you on your journeys as the Next Doctor.
Well that came out of nowhere, now she can do the job of her dream, with the boys of her dream. She then pressed the yes button.

All this is just a birthday present for my mom, if I ever decide to write about her escapades defending dimensions, which is unlikely given I don't know anything about Doctor Who, it would be from her.
