Entangled

Wrapped up in your own blood. Blood like ice, like some sort of evil reptilian creature. Ceasing to speak as your mouth sewn shut. To many words to be said, not able to say them. So you scream. Knowing no one will hear you. Your lost, as that one last drop of ice-like blood, fell. And you slowly, yet surely, decayed.

~Chapter one. Cold~

Hannah, a young soft more, stood at the edge of her school's rooftop. Letting the wind flow through her hair and skirt. She listened to the stories that the breezes told her. Tales of sorrow, much like her own. Her pale skin grew paler with the cold. Hannah… It would call to her.

Being ripped from her thoughts as a warm hand grabbed the small of her back gently. "Hannah, what are you doing?" It was her friend, Luke. A tall boy with shoulder length black hair and rigged bangs. Luke had beautiful green eyes that seemed to catch anyone off guard. "Luke." She opened her eyes slowly as Luke laid his head on her shoulder. "Why are you up here, Hannah?" She sighed and shrugged him off her shoulder's. "Getting some peace at mind." He nodded, "I think Destiny is going to name her son Carter." He said as he leaned on the railing. "Is that what you want? He's yours too you know." He frowned at the statement. "I told you, I don't want to be involved in the kids life." She turned her head towards him, "Luke…" He knew what she meant. "No. Hannah it was a mistake." She rested her head in her arms. "Fine."

In Cyde Town lab.-

"Professor, the tests are almost finished." The young intern-scientist said. "Good, how long will it be before we can send him out?" She scanned through her note book, "Exactly one week, sir." He smiled a rigged smile. "Good."

Hannah shut her locker and walked down the stairs of Treedway High. "Hannah! Oh, my aren't I glad to see you!" Her friend Melanie said running up the stairs panting. "You've got to help me, Wyatt and Xavier are trying to find me." Her eyes were glazed with fear. "Alright. Ride the bus home with me to my apartment. You can stay over." Hannah said dully. Her friend screeched and hugged her tightly, "Thank you thank you thank you!!!!" Hannah pulled on her arm, "Come on! Were gonna miss the bus!"
