"Potter," Draco spat at the mirror for the hundredth time, testing out the disdain in his voice. It sounded fake to him, as if he'd spent an hour trying to perfect his tone of hatred; which of course, he had. Maybe if he raised his lip in a snarl of disgust it would make it believable. Since their confrontation in the bathroom, he found himself consumed with thoughts of his old enemy; his heart just wasn't in this old rivalry anymore. If he wasn't careful Potter would hear the longing in his voice. "Harry," Draco whispered quietly, testing the word.
