-1It all started out as field trip. The young one's were going to get a taste of what it was like outside the temple. They were all so excited, so eager, but unfortunately it turned out to be a……..massacre!
Me and Obi-Wan had been told that the children had got into a bit of trouble and that Bant ( who had accompanied them) could not do anything. They needed are help.
The trip did not take long but to Obi-Wan it seemed like a century because he was so worried about Bant.
When we got there we found the ship but no paduwan's, just a few of there thing's. so we went to look for them.
We came to a cliff with a river running down next to it. But what I saw next was so terrifying word's could not describe. All the paduwan's were rushing down the river, blood running out them. 'who could have done this? And why to such innocent beings?
As I was checking to see if there were any survivors, obi-wan came over.
I had to stop him before he saw it. If he did the sight would terrify him.
"no obi-wan. Stay back, don't look." I said pushing him back.
"why master? Let me see what you have found"
"no obi-wan you would…. You…" I stammered closing my eye's for a minute.
Obi-wan looked at me questionably.
"master please?"
"okay obi-wan but be prepared for a big shock" I said holding him by the arm's.
The look on his face when he saw them was of nothing I had ever seen before!
He screamed and ran into my arm's shacking so much he almost fainted!
I bent down and stroked him on the head.
"shh shh obi-wan it's alright I'm here" I said holding him tight to me.
He would never let go of me and I didn't make him.
I could feel him trembling, he clung so tight. He cried in my chest. I sent a comforting force wave to him and felt him grab it gratefully. Then suddenly I felt a warmth glowing against his and my chest. He looked down sniffing and took out the river stone I had given him for his 13th birthday. it glowed bright and strong. We both drew comfort from it. I held him to me hoping the same would not happen to him.
"I have to go down to the bottom of the river to get them obi-wan. Do you want to stay here?" I asked stroking his head.
"no…..no I…. I will come with you. I will stay by your side were I belong"
"okay but your to shaken to walk so I will carry you."
He nodded and I picked him up.
He clung so tight. I never wanted to let go of him.
When I got down there I saw them all piled up.
Obi-wan started to look round but I stopped him and said to not look. I put him down an he went and sat down to meditate and clear his mind.
I started to pull them out and line them up. But then I saw bant.
I looked round and saw obi-wan trying to clear his mind. I pulled her out and went over to him.
"obi-wan I think there's something you should see." I said putting a hand on his shoulder.
"what is it?" I said looking down and closing my eyes for second
"it's……bant" I said looking down and closing my eyes for second
The look on his face was worse than when he had first seen them all.
"she's only just alive. Go to her, go."
"bant, bant, it's obi-wan." he said tiers in his eyes he said holding her in his arm's.
"obi-wan come closer" she said in barley a whisper.
"I'm here my love" he said putting his hand to her cheek.
"I love you obi-wan"
"I love you bant"
He then bent down and kissed her in the lips as she breathed her last breath.
He threw his head back and shouted "NOOOO" his face red with tiers.
I knelt down next to him and put my arm's around him. He turned to me and laid in my arm's. silent.
