I feel horrendous! Everything has fallen apart. I can't believe that I was so stupid. I wish I kept my mouth shut. I've completely fucked up.
Cho's not talking to me and keeps giving me the stink eye. Kim constantly looks like she's going to have a mental breakdown. Abbott looks like he's prepared to shoot me, or worse demote me.
I don't want to go back to the basement. Working with the A Team was so fun till I ruined it. I swear the only people that are happy are Lisbon and Pike. Hopefully Lisbon never finds out about my mistake or I'll be dead. You see, I was the one that told Pike that Lisbon was single and available in my own way. Which would have been fine, if Jane wasn't in the picture.
I guess that now Lisbon has been dating Pike for a while, Jane has become out of control and reckless. Today, he nearly got himself killed. He basically confronted the biggest, meanest head honco of the most dangerous gangs in Texas. They are known as the "Skull Crushers." which is their MO.
In our recent case, someone discovered a member of the rival gang, Riverside Demons, murdered on the back of one of the alley ways. We were finding it hard to pin the murder onto Ray Hunter. His gang were protecting him and making him a slippery bastard. They even altered video feeds so we never could see Ray's movements.
It was getting extremely frustrating as no evidence pointed to him, but Jane was 100% certain that it was him. I also should'nt have told Jane about the camera's blind spots. I guess he waited till we had another meeting/ update session to slip out and confront the guy.
I didn't realise that now that Jane doesn't have Lisbon, he has nothing left to lose. I'm not kidding, He's currently unconscious in the hospital, recovering from being shot twice. One in the stomach and the other nicked him in the neck. It was extremely lucky that Cho realised that Jane was missing from the bullpen and rescued him in time. Also, that Hunter didn't smash Jane's phone or I would have never pin pointed Jane's exact location.
I'm completely in the doghouse, for not just telling Pike that Lisbon is free game, but I convinced my superiors that nothing was happening on the cameras and left my post to get a mug of Joe, when Jane appeared on my screen. I also told Lisbon that we probably weren't going to get anything from the cameras till tomorrow night. So, she went on another date with Pike.

Oh crap, it seems Lisbon got her voicemail. I better hide as much as I can. She is sprinting her way down towards us. Pike's behind her but doesn't seem to look like he can catch up with her.
Oh god! She's crying. I feel shit now. Crap! She has just bypassed me and ran into Jane's room without acknowledging any of us. Pike has just reached us. He's asking a lot of questions about the incident, but I can't answer them. He sounds like he cares about what happened, but I'm not actually convinced.I think he's hiding that he's angry. I guess that they were having a nice meal and Lisbon went to freshen up when she listened to the message and stormed out the restaurant to get to here.
Why do I always mess things up? I hope that Jane has a complete recovery or I'll never forgive myself.
