Leia and Han reclined on the bed, completely blissful. For the first time in a long time, there was no war; the Empire had been destroyed, and the galaxy was in the midst of repairing what the Empire had tried to demolish. Leia couldn't remember a time when she was ever this happy. Han was curled up next to Leia's side, his head resting on her protruding belly, contentedly listening to the life that was growing within. Leia ran her fingers through Han's soft hair.
"Han," Leia spoke softly, garnering his attention.
Han shifted his body so that he was able to look at Leia. Her beauty always astounded him, but right now she looked radiant. Her hair was falling in soft tendrils around her face, slightly disheveled from their nap. Her skin was glowing, and she just had an aura of light about her. Han surmised that pregnancy absolutely suited her. He beamed at her.
"You're so beautiful," Han told her. Leia smiled back at Han, and kissed the top of his forehead.
"Have you thought anymore about names?" Leia asked him.
Han smiled; Leia had her heart set on 'Ben' – homage to Obi-Wan Kenobi, her only hope.
"Ben. Ben Solo." Han considered the name, "I like it."
"Ben Organa-Solo," Leia corrected him.
"Organa-Solo," Han agreed, smiling. "He needs a middle name, too."
"What did you have in mind?" Leia asked, shifting so that she was sitting upright. Han followed suit and sat up.
"I've always thought that I'd like to name my son after my best friend. He's strong, he's always been there for me, and you, and I think he'd be honoured to share a name with our son."
Leia considered Han's request. "Ben Luke Organa-Solo," she spoke the name aloud.
Han grinned, "Not Luke. Chewbacca!"
"Chewbacca?!" Leia balked.
"Chewbacca!" Han laughed. "I'm serious, though! Ben Chewbacca Organa-Solo!"
"Ben Chewbacca Organa-Solo," Leia spoke the name several times. "Ben Chewbacca Organa-Solo. Chewbacca. Ben Chewbacca…"
"Well, what do you think?" Han prodded after Leia grew silent.
"I think we'd better tell Chewie we're using his name!" Leia smiled.
Han clasped his hands around Leia's face and kissed her. "I love you," he beamed.
"I know," Leia smiled back.
