BELLA PoV

I Object!

"If anyone here objects to the marriage of these two people, please say so now or forever hold your peace," the priest said.

"I object," said a voice from the back of the room. The voice came from none other than Jacob Black.

This made Edward let out a low snarl and I squeezed his hand, calming him immediately.

"And why do you object, young man?"

"Because she loves me and is about to marry a good for nothing, bloodsucking leech," Jacob claimed smugly.

I glared at him and Edward released a low growl.

"Jacob Black," I started in a threatening tone. "I love Edward. I will always love Edward. I don't know where you're getting this 'good for nothing, bloodsucking leech' crap, but forget it. This is my wedding day and you are ruining it for me. Now, sit down because you're nothing more than a filthy mutt," my voice going up and octave on the last word.

I thought I heard a "whoo" from Alice, but it was mostly gasps.

I turned back to Edward, smiled, and told the priest to continue.

"Well," the priest said. "Since that isn't an accurate reason –" he cut off.

"Not an accurate reason?!" Billy Black yelled. "That's a prefect reason! That 'person' – Edward – is nothing more than a bloodsucker, a leech, a parasite, a Cold One, a VAMPIRE!"

As Billy continued his pathetic rant that would probably get him committed, I turned to Emmett and told him to wait until I gave the signal and to then remove Billy and Jacob from the premesis. He nodded and I then went to face Edward. I asked him if he had a baseball bat he nodded and told me it was in his room.

I marched up to his room and grabbed his baseball bat from his closet. I hid it behind my back and went downstairs. I saw Alice grinning from ear to ear, of course she knew what I was going to do.

"Oh, Jaaakee…" I crooned.

"Yeah, Bells?" he said turning to me.

Just as he did I took the baseball bat and smashed it against his face.

He let out a yelp and doubled over in pain. Everyone turned to stare at my and the Cullen's all grinned at me.

"What?" I said innocently. "I was just taking him up on his offer, 'Next time you want to hit me use a baseball bat or a crowbar or something,' and since I'd rather not fracture another knuckle on my wedding day…," I trailed off.

Most just shrugged and Charlie glared at me. AT ME! The pack just laughed and pointed, Sam shaking his head. I gave Emmett the signal and he removed Jacob and Billy from the house.

The wedding continued and all too soon I was Mrs. Cullen, soon-to-be vampire, but nobody had to know about that part.

The reception went great, but Charlie glared at me most of the time. The pack just congratulated me for standing up to Jake, he can be pretty intimidating.

Edward and I soon left for our honeymoon and Jacob, and his little outburst, were forgotten… for now. I wasn't done with him just yet.
