Summary:
Just one short sweet fic I came up with when I was reading the YYH graphic
novel.
Disclaimer: Sadly I do not own YYH. YYH belongs to the great Yosihiro Togashi-sama. I wish I did own YYH though.
The Meeting
"Hey, Botan?" Yusuke ask the blue haired 'grim' reaper, "Do you know were that kid I saved at the beginning of my ordeal lives?"
"Hmm?" Botan said "Oh! Yes I know were he lives! But why do you want to know?"
"Yes, detective," Hiei said mockingly, "Why do you want to know?" Hiei rolled his eyes.
"Not that it's any of your business, Hiei, but I want to go see him because when I was dead he and his mom came to my wake and he wanted to thank me for saving his life when I 'got out of the box'" Yusuke explained.
"That's a wonderful idea, Yusuke." Kurama said.
"Yea, yea, so Botan you gonna' give me his address or what?" Yusuke ask getting impatient.
"My, my aren't we the eager beaver?" Botan teased, "Hop on it'll be faster if I take you there." Botan formed her oar in her hand.
"Just don't go too fast." Yusuke said getting on Botan's oar, "I don't want to die again!"
"OK, OK!" Botan said as they sped off.
~20 MINUTES LATER~
"We're here Yusuke!" Botan chirped cheerily (woah. try saying that 5 times fast!).
"Hey. Botan. why are we outside of an elementary school?" Yusuke ask.
"Well today is Friday, Silly! That means there's school!" Botan said with a smile.
"Oh. yea. so what class rooms he in?"
"Room 209!"
Yusuke got off her oar and walked into the office.
"Hello," greeted the receptionist, "What can I do you for?"
"I'm here to see a kid, Masaru." Yusuke said.
"And who may I ask are you and what is your connection with the boy?"
"Yusuke Urimeshi, and I saved his life."
"Very well" she said writing clearly 'Visitor Yusuke Urimeshi' on a name tag and handing it to him, "Room 209"
"Thanks"
Yusuke walked to the room and slowly slid the sliding door open.
"Excuse me?" Yusuke said politely, "Um. is there a Masaru in here?"
"Yes young man, there is." The teacher, Mr. Murry, said. Yusuke stepped inside.
"Excuse me children" The kids looked up to Mr. Murry "Please give your full undivided attention to Yusuke here."
"Hey," Yusuke said calmly, "Masaru is in this class right?"
"Yes I am!" Masaru said standing up.
"Masaru!" a girl who looked like a chibi Yukina said, "Remember your manners! And sit down he didn't ask you to stand up!" she then pulled him back down by his sleeve (he's wearing what he was in the anime).
"No its OK I was gonna ask him to stand anyway." Yusuke said. While sitting on the teachers desk he thought, 'boy do I feel sorry for him! That's exactly how Keiko was!'
"Why did you want me to stand up?" Masaru practically demanded.
"Kid don't tell me you forgot already it's only been a couple months." Yusuke then nodded towards the chibi version of Yukina, "Hey girl stand up and tell me your name but please remain standing."
"Yes sir!" She said standing up and brushing off her kimono, "My name's Niakyu (nie-ah-ku) Rookime (Roo-kimy) {I put in an anagram!}"
"Marasu when you get older watch out for her slap. OK so kid you seriously do not remember me?" Yusuke ask
"STOP CALLING ME KID! AND NO I DO NOT REMEMBER YOU!" he shouted
"OK, OK maybe this'll refresh your memory." He did all the stuff he did when he first met Marasu.
"Oh, your that funny man who saved me! THANK YOU!!!!"
"No problem kid." Yusuke said and walked out of the roo.
~*~ OK next chapter it's Yusuke meting that kid w/ the dog! ^.~ true Yu Yu fans know what I'm talking about. But what is his name? ^^;
