I'm fairly new to fanfiction, but this is a re-write of one of my older stories saved on my laptop.
It's Sakura-centric, but it could really be any pairing.
I'll leave it to your imagination, ne?
P.S Sorry for any spelling/grammar errors, feel free to yell at me.
P.P.S I don't own Naruto, which is pretty lucky, as if I did KakaSaku would be canon by now ^_^
She's bitter and she's broken and she fucking hates it. He doesn't even notice; because he's too busy with her because she's pretty and perfect and oh-so sickly sweet. She's her best friend and she's everything she never was and everything h e always wanted.
He doesn't even notice how hard she tries to be like her, so pretty and perfect and beautiful, but she knows no matter what she'll never be good enough. She cries herself to sleep beside him and he doesn't even comfort her; and so she breakbreakbreaks inside because she knows that he'd comfort her if she was the one falling apart beside him.
Then one day, she's all alone and h e notices her, and for once someone doesn't just see the bitter broken girl. He sees the hope and hurt that shine so brightly in her emerald green eyes. He's all cheeky smiles, sweet words and hard toned muscles and she s it.
But she's still so hurt by the past and so she stays bitterbitterbitter. But he doesn't give up; and he's so different to anything else she's ever known and she thinks she might just be falling deeperdeeperdeeper for him. And so now she's d, because now even though she's a lot less bitter, she's still so brokenbrokenbroken and he just might be able to fix her. But she's so h e r, and she can't depend on anybody, so she hides behind her icy façade until she builds her walls so high that he just can't break them down. So now she's d.
She doesn't even realise that her walls are just pushing him futherfutherfuther away, until he's not even sure if he can fix her anymore.
Reviews/constructive criticism are much appreciated!
