"Hey Berry," Ichigo said. It has been over a month since the Saint Rose Crusaders disappeared and all was peaceful. Berry looked over.
"Um Tasuku?" Berry asked. "Take the order without me." Tasuku nodded as he skated off with the delivery. Berry went to Ichigo. "Did you want something?"
"Yeah," Ichigo said. They went somewhere private. "So how did you manage to defeat the Crusaders anyway?" Berry started to blush. "I know it had something to do with Tasuku but I don't know how."
"Well," Berry said. She explained what happened on the roof. Ichigo nodded. She looked so well adult-like with her eyes closed like that.
"So you got through to Tasuku and broke the hypnosis," Ichigo said. Berry nodded.
"It was so scary," Berry said. "Tasuku felt so far from me." Her eyes watered. "I never want something like that to happen again."
Ichigo was silent. Then she snickered. Within seconds she bursted out laughing. Berry face fell in confusement.
"That's not FUNNY ICHIGO!" Berry yelled.
"Sorry. Sorry," Ichigo. She wiped her eyes from all the crying she did from laughing. "It's just that I expected something a bit more dramatic."
"It was scary!" Berry yelled pumping her fists. Ichigo calmed down.
"I know but I've been through worse," Ichigo said. Berry looked at her.
"You mean Masaya?" Berry asked. Ichigo nodded. "But you said it was love at first sight."
"Well there was a time he was taken from me," Ichigo said rubbing her neck. "By Deep Blue." Berry was silent. "It wasn't pleasant."
"I know that was scary," Berry said. "But Tasuku attacked me."
"Masaya tried to choke me," Ichigo said. Her eyes were narrow. She looked very serious. Berry stood there.
"So how'd you save him?" Berry asked after a few seconds.
"Well you know it was really him who saved the world," Ichigo said.
"Wow, Berry said. "How?" Ichigo looked away.
"Suicide," she said. Berry eyes went wide. "Yeah he was kinda Deep Blue."
"But Masaya's still alive," Berry pointed out. "I just saw him a few minutes ago."
"Well you didn't let me finish," Ichigo said. "I mean you just told Tasuku you loved him."
"Well when you put it like that," Berry said regaining some of her annoyance.
"I sacrificed myself for Masaya," Ichigo said. "Dead for a good 20 minutes." Berry was silent.
"It's not a contest you know," Berry pouted. Ichigo smiled.
"I know," she said. 'Not a close one anyway.'
"So how'd you survive?"
"Masaya kissed me," Ichigo said all sweet like. "So romantic. Then we had a mock wedding." Berry nodded.
"That does sound romantic," she said. She smiled. Tasuku came back interrupting their giddiness. Masaya joined him.
"So what did you girls talk about?" he asked. Berry looked away. Ichigo smiled.
"Just saving the world," Ichigo said leaning into Masaya. Masaya smiled. Tasuku laughed. Eventually Berry joined in as well.
