"Link! Link! Wake up Link..."

Link woke up, looking out the window, he could see it was a sunny day

Link: "Zel?... how long did I sleep?"

Zelda: "Link, it's 1 PM."

Link almost fell off the bed, startled by how much he slept, he turned around to see Zelda, already on her dress, it has been 2 and a half years after Calamity Ganon was defeated, after that, they both got even closer and confessed their love, and have been in a relationship for almost 2 years now.

Zelda: "I'd recommend you go change, I'll be waiting for you in the dining room for us to have lunch."

Link: "Zel, I told you, you don't need to speak formally to me, we've been together for 2 years now."

Zelda: "Fine, but you still need to change." Zelda gives Link a kiss on the cheek and leaves

Link changes into his normal outfit, Hylian trousers and his champion's tunic, the only thing going through his mind is Zelda, since it seems to be a completely normal day, minus the oversleeping.

Link went to Hyrule Castle's dining room, the castle had been under repairs for nearly a year after the calamity was defeated

Zelda: "You usually aren't this active when you just woke up"

Link: "Because there aren't food-related things when I wake up, plus, anything for more time with you"

Zelda blushes, her and Link starting eating Lunch, until a messsenger appears

Messenger: "Your majesty. Sir Link. You two have received a private letter from a land outside of Hyrule, classified as high-priority."

Zelda: "High Priority? Alright, leave it at my study for us to read, it could be a chance of modernizing Hyrule and, as far as I know, the first time in our history were we could make an alliance with further kingdoms, Hyrule has always been disconnected from the outside world, it's time to change that."

Messenger: "Understood, it'll be in your study when you decide to read it, enjoy the rest of your meal"

Zelda: "Alright, you may leave now."

The messenger goes elsewhere, leaving Link and Zelda to wonder about what the letter could be.

After their meal, the head to Zelda's study, as expected, the letter is there, Link opens it, there's text, but the first thing noticeable is written in big letters

'Congratulations! You're invited to the 5th Smash Bros. Tournament, Smash Bros. Ultimate!'
