Galinda Is Legally Blonde
Got the idea while listening to Legally Blonde. Enough said.
"Oh my Oz, oh my Oz you guys!" trilled Galinda Upland excitedly as she burst through the door to her dorm room. Her roommate Elphaba looked up concerned from her book at the noise.
"So how was it?" she asked slowly still never taking her eyes off the blonde.
Galinda smiled at her.
"It was amazing! I loved it! Fifi was just SO good to get us tickets! Front row seats too!" she sang as she gave her boyfriend Fiyero a kiss on the cheek.
Fiyero gave a sheepish smile and looked as if tonight was the worst night of his life.
"What did you think of the show, Fiyero?" asked Elphaba with a smirk on her face, she knew that he would lie about his answer.
Fiyero blinked at the question and took a moment to answer.
"Oh well, Galinda had a good time, and you know, that's all that mattered," he stuttered putting his hands in his pockets like he always did when he got nervous.
Elphaba just shook her head, and resumed back into her book.
The couple kissed and then Fiyero left the dorm, and Galinda jumped onto Elphaba's bed and let out a squeal.
"What was that for?" snapped Elphie a little bit irritated at the soprano voice that Galinda possessed.
"Well I want to talk to you about the show," confessed Galinda pouting.
Elphaba sighed, "Fine, tell me all about it."
Galinda then proceeded to overload Elphaba with the plot of the show, how all Elle wore was PINK for Oz's sake and how Galinda thought that Elle had stole that idea from her. Then she told Elphaba about the society sisters, and how Elle got accepted into Harvard and was the best in the class. Galinda gushed on about how Warner was a loser, and how she ended up falling for Elliot and she won the case.
Galinda then compared the awful girlfriend to Elphaba, who was slightly affronted with that, and then explained how they became best friends later; she compared Madame Morrible to Professor Callahan, and lastly she compared herself to Elle.
She even thought of transferring to this college named Harvard.
After two full hours of listening to the blonde chatter on and on relentlessly Elphaba finally shut her up.
"Does that mean that Fiyero will leave you if he's Warner?" she asked.
Galinda's eyes bulged out of her head, and she scrambled up off the bed.
"Oh My Oz! Why didn't I see it before? I have to go kiss him or something to make him stay with me!"
With that, she ran off.
Elphaba smiled to herself, glad for the piece and quiet.
She was kinda beginning to regret giving those tickets to Legally Blonde to Fiyero to give to Galinda instead of keeping them to herself.
Elphaba took out her Ipod, and started to play the soundtrack to Legally Blonde.
"Miss Galinda Upland, you truly are Elle Woods. You are…Legally Blonde!" she said smiling.
