Door to Eternity

Note: If any of you have read my other two stories "Dragon Ball the Musical." Or "Dragon Ball: The Insanity Continues", this is a MAJOR difference. You'll get the idea. Read and respond PLEASE! It's my first drama. No Flames! And for all the Trunks fans, DON'T KILL ME! I love Trunks... and I actually hate the bad lady, Miriam that I made up for this story... oh well.. It's sad. So go on, and PLEASE review!

"Trunks, It's OVER!! Get that through your tiny monkey brain! I DON'T LOVE YOU!!" Miriam's words echoed in his head, repeating over and over.

Mirai Trunks sat on the roof of Capsule Corp, trying not to cry.

"I don't care." he growled, holding back tears, "I...don't...care..."

He looked at the ring that he held in his hand, then threw it as hard as he could. He fell to his knees; the tears rolling down his cheeks, "Kami... what did I do to deserve this? No father, no friends... no past.... and no future."

Suddenly, it was clear what he had to do. He jumped to the ground and glanced at the window to his mother's lab.

"Good bye, mother... I love you." he thought, as he unsheathed his sword.

Bulma looked out the window just in time to see Trunks stab himself through the heart with his sword.

"Trunks!!!" she screamed, as she ran to his side.

"Hey Mom...." he laughed, weakly, blood running from his wound.

"Trunks.. why did you do this, huh? Crazy kid." Bulma hissed, tears rolling down her cheeks.

"I'll tell Dad and everyone that you send your love." he said, quietly, blood running from his mouth.

"No.. no Trunks. You'll be fine. You'll be fine, honey." Bulma whimpered, as she wiped the blood away.

He shook his head, "Good bye, Mom. I love you. We'll be waiting for you on the other side."

Then, he closed his eyes and drew his last breath.

"Trunks... no..." she cried, as she lay her head on his chest, "Take care of him, Vegeta... Your son is with you now."

Trunks looked down on his mother from above and said, "I'm sorry, Mom, but we'll be together again. We'll all be together."

Then, he turned and walked through the door to eternity, to join his master and his father, in peace.
