Hello. I would like to try this Harry Potter AU fanfic for a bit and see how it will go. I'm thinking: What if Harry Potter has another family to raise him from his father side... in America!

Alright, know what? I'm going to start this out.

Prologue

Harry Potter, aged ten, lives in the fertile outskirts of the United States in the state of Maryland after the death of his parents. Lives with a family of top social class in both the Muggle and Wizard world. Living with his aunt Olivia O'Bannon, his father's older sister and his uncle Ethan O'Bannon. Olivia was a student at Hogwarts sorted in Gryffindor in her younger years while Ethan O'Bannon was a student in Ilvermorny and was sorted into Wampus.

Ethan O'Bannon was in the United States Navy Seals before becoming a United States Congressman as well a headmaster of a new Wizard School called Nevassior School of Witchcraft and Wizardry which has quickly contrast Ilvermorny in terms of many things such as Nevassior tends to more of an American nationalistic view while Ilvermorny tends to a more global view. Nevassior became more popular as it has attracted more wizards and witches, pure and muggle of different ethnicity, of the United States due to its more extracurricular activities and Ilvermorny was pressured to retire due to unknown reasons. Yet he has campaign increasing tolerance to boost national unity for all citizens of the United States.

Olivia became a famous Quidditch player for the Holyhead Harpies. One year in the finals, she has attracted Ethan who was watching the championship who has woo her couple times.

Harry doesn't live a happy life yet he doesn't live in horrible condition. Despite given the smallest room, he was given more than enough. He has gotten along with his aunt but his uncle is a different story. Throughout the mansion, he sees nothing but the American flag and as well as the luxury of riches and family prestige. Despite his loving aunt, his uncle sets high expectations for his family. Despite that, Ethan treats him a same amount of love alongside with his other children which caused many tensions with his cousins. He even went far to help Harry to be given an American citizenship which has caused Harry to get a scar to the face by one of his cousins, believing that Harry didn't work for it.

His cousins are a completely different story. Harry could find all of them in common: stern and arrogant. Yet they consider him as part of the family as Ethan said, 'Family stays family.'

Throughout the years, Ethan has taught them all arts to doesn't require a wand both light and dark. He trains them mentally and physically as they all grow to strive for perfection despite the impossible goal. In a muggle school, they strive for the best everyone in academics and athletics without mentioning of a Wizard world. He taught them hand-to-hand combat and how to shoot a weapon.

"Wake up." Harry awoke in the early morning by Ethan. Harry describes him as a tall man with hair as dark as the night with the sides and the back of his head faded. He looks strong as an ox and his eyes are brown and stern to the bone as they could scare off the vilest thing that comes to this world. Harry had heard stories of Ethan being a powerful wizard, even powerful enough to control the magic of both the light and the dark.

Harry groaned, "What time is it?"

Harry looks at the clock that says that it's 5 o'clock.

Appearance: Same appearance except he has a scar on his right cheek. Tall for his age(you know... like James Potter growing up as a child). Athletic built. Glasses...

Yes, fucking glasses. Bet some of you are thinking that I'm trying to make him too good looking so that he becomes a gary stu... maybe I've made him a gary stu, not trying to anyway unless y'all want me to give him some crazy ass eye surgery. Basically, his appearance is kinda a same but his personality kinda changed.
