AN: Yo. Got inspired by Ho-Oh searching for a "Pure Hearted" trainer or what not.
First submitted fanfic. Woo.
Flying. Just flying for all of these years without a minute of rest. Ho-Oh was waiting for that one perfect moment. That one single moment when Ho-Oh would feel like it was the right moment to go home, home to where Ho-Oh created its children from those poor poor fellow creatures burnt by the flames.
"Raikou, Entei, and Suicune must miss me terribly by now.. But I cannot return right yet."
Ho-oh felt a wave of sadness flow by. Looking down, it found the source to the misery. A young boy crying over his creatures health, he was out of character in the scenery. As he noticed before, a young boy, looks like he just hatched from his egg a while back, those sheets the humans wear quite a bit, holding onto what seemed to be a Luxio, in the middle of a desert what seemed to be quite a far way from civilization. Ho-Oh could be easily mistaken, it does get harder and harder to tell where humans herd to now-a-days.
Ho-Oh thought. "Maybe, if I just do something, to help him a tiny bit, maybe he could spread peace, or kindness. Maybe just a small motivation could help the boy out."
Adjusting its wings, Ho-Oh created a rainbow, with a glowing aura around him. Ho-Oh did not have the time to stop flying, he had flown to far to stop for a single creature that has populated the earth and ruined countless places with a poison, but just this once, Ho-Oh would attempt to help the boy. Maybe the young boy would aid his quest some how.
"For the creatures sake and a small hope." With repeation of that one thought, Ho-Oh flew on, leading the tailing rainbow for a search for a town. Ho-Oh let out it's wail.
"I can't wait to see my children again..."
-------------
Tears flew down my eyes. I had no idea what to do, Lucky had a big owie. All because of that Graveler. We some how managed to run away fast enough. On my knees hugging Lucky, I had no idea what to do. I should have never ran away from mommy. I should of eaten my supper like a good boy. Maybe we wouldn't have gotten lost.
Lucky looked up at me, I could tell he was in pain.
"I-I'm so sorry Lucky.." I managed to get out without bawling.
I've given up.
Everything was going bad.
"Luck-" I was cut off. A loud bird cut me off.
Confused. Sad. Mad. Regretting. I looked up towards the sky thinking a Ferrow was going to attack us, but instead. . Joy. I felt relaxed, at peace. A rainbow. A rainbow was following a golden bird. My mother once told me that at the end of a rainbow was a treasure. I returned Lucky to his ball, setting after the Bird.
AN: So, was it good? Bad? Need a whole load of improvement because Gravelers attacked Lucky the Luxio, or because Ho-Oh was stuck up by not breaking for run away children who some how got lost miles from home? The three dogs aren't actually Ho-Oh's children?
Well enough questions now.
