One For Sorrow, Two For Joy [I really wanted thease two together on show, but it never happened unfornately, this is a short fluffy one]
Lindsey Nolan was in Douglass Carters arms. "Doug, I love you" Lindsey said, putting her hands in his. "Yeah, me too Lindsey" Doug replied, with a smile. They have been together for two months now. Much to Brendan and Cheryls amusement. "Ignore Bren and Chez, their just jelous" Lindsey grunted. "Of cause they are, why wouldnt they be, I got a gorgeous girlfriend in my arms and who have they got, eh?" Doug chuckled. "Ste" Lindsey replied. Doug giggled. "Yeah, and hes all they ever have" Doug smiled. "Oi, their my mates" Lindsey playfully nudged him.
"Sorry" Doug made a face. "Its alright" Lindsey replied. "So, I,m getting a job at collegue coffee" Doug grunted, talking in the dark helped Lindsey not be so scared after Silas. "Great for you, I,m glad" Lindsey slid her fingers through his hair. "God, your so hot" Doug growled. Lindsey giggled. "Well dont go getting any ideals, yeah" Lindsey moved up slightly.
"Me get ideals? Thats usually you" Doug said. She smiled, kissing his lips with just passion. He was her hero. She broke it of. "I need to go to sleep, got work in the moring" she said. She fell asleep. Doug looked down at her, seeing his beatiful girlfriend sleeping. She was even beautful asleep. He heard giggles from outside. Brendan and Ste. "Ew" he said out loud. Hes lumped down, putting his head under the blankets. "Sleep already" he told himself.
Sleep luckily came. He woke up, to find Lindsey up. In her underwear. "Moring" he smiles. She looks at him. "Moring to you too" Lindsey said, putting on her nurses outfit. Doug rolled out of bed. Putting on his clothes too. "Lets grab some bacon, before Brendan eats it all" Lindsey says. "Yeah, lets grab" he says. Lindsey rushes down the stair, Doug behind her. They were both laughing, as they got halfway down the stairs. He put his arms aorund her wasit, as she laughed. Ste, Brendan and Cheryl looking over.
"Hey you Guys" Doug said, Lindsey sniggered as they walked down the stairs. "Get a room" Ste grunted, taking the last piece of bread. "Dammit" Lindsey said, as all the breakfeast was already eaten. "I get something, at the hosiptal" Lindsey said. As she has to just go, since she was a little late already.
"Shame on you all, letting a nurse go to the hosiptle without any food" Doug tutted. Cheryl laughed. "You guys are so cute" Cheryl said. Lindsey made a face, walking out. Doug folling her. "Let me walk with you" Doug said, holding her hand. Lindsey smiled. Walking down the stairs. They both got dirty looks from Riley Costello. "Leave us alone" Doug said, kissing Lindseys cheek. Riley scoffed, storming pass them.
"Thank you" Lindsey said. "Its fine,Linds" he said. "He is your friend though" Doug cut her of. "Yeah, and your my girlfriend" Doug answered. Lindsey smiled half heartily. He walked all the way with her, they were just talking about random things on the way. Just about televison and that, nothing important. "Well have a good at work" he says, kissing her before she leaves. "You too" she said, going into the building. He smiled.
Doug felt so lucky.
Lindsey felt so lucky.
It was true love. love they found with each other. One is for sorrow. Two is for joy. For Lindsey and Doug, two is enough.
