We were each other first kiss
About three years ago
Today
I remember it clearly
We sat on the fire escaped and talk
We agreed to be each other first kiss and promised not to let anyone
We sat in silence before we finally kissed
The kiss was nice
It was more than nice
It was amazing and I felt tiny sparks as our lips punched for the first time
The kissed lasted about eight or nine seconds
After the kiss it was a little awkward between us
New feeling started to bud between us
We exchanged I hate yous to help regain normalcy between us as we departed
But it wasn't until now that we know the true meaning behind it
We left wondering what just happened between us that night on the fire escape
We felt closer to each other
And even though things when back to normal after and we still fought as usual
But we still grew closer ever since
It wasn't until the night of the annual Ridgeway lock-in that our relationship had changed forever
We had our second kiss during the lock-in
We were both caught by surprise
And three days after the lock-in
We had our third kiss and officially become a couple
We were perfect together
Despite us consonantly fighting and our relationship being sabotaged
We overheard something we shouldn't have heard
We broke up in the elevator
We told each other I love you
I sat on the fire escape
Our fire escape
Memories of our first kiss fulling my mind
As well as hopes the we will someday kiss again
