A/N: Sort-of sequel to 'Puppies', though (I believe) it can be read as a stand-alone.
Larry and Ahkmenrah walked into the Hall of Miniatures, the tiny puppy, Ana, buried deep into the pharaoh's arms, almost unseen.
Jedediah and Octavius were standing at the base of the bench, about to climb up, where they saw who had entered the room.
"Hey Gigantor! Howdy, Ahk. Mind givin' us a boost?"
The night guard placed his hand out for the pair of miniatures to climb onto. He carefully raised his hand, and placed it onto the back of the bench, so the two were nearer face-height to the tall(er) men.
"What is that you are holding, pharaoh?" Octavius asked, noticing the small wriggling animal in the Egyptian's arms.
Ahkmenrah held out the puppy, near to the two miniatures, but not so close incase she swiped at them.
"This is Ana. She's a new exhibit here at the museum. Larry got Dr McPhee to get her as a surprise for me."
"Well she's a cutie." Jed said, stepping closer when the dog didn't attempt to grab at him. He reached up his arm to stroke her. A small tongue - though giant to the tiny cowboy - licked at the figure.
Octavius laughed, and stepped closer to the animal. "Such a beautiful name, too."
Larry and Ahkmenrah smiled.
Ana was delighted by the attention she was getting from the miniatures. They cuddled up against her neck, scratching behind her ears, and cooed things to her.
She let them climb onto her back, and she looked up at her new owner.
"Shall we go for a walk, then?"
The puppy nodded.
The five of them walked around the museum, Ana running ahead slightly, and Jedediah and Octavius loved it.
Ahkmenrah and Larry got slightly nervous each time she did it, but whenever they heard the laughter from the miniatures, they breathed a sigh of relief. When it was almost sunrise, they were used to it.

All the other exhibits were almost as excited about the new puppy as Ahk, Jed and Octy. Sacagawea and Teddy were particularly fond, and Dexter got along with the dog rather well.
All in all, Larry believed it to have been the best surprise he could have got for the museum.
