Pairings: Fem Tyson x Kai, Fem Max x Ray, and (possibly) Fem Kenny x Male Hillary
Max sat on the bench, she couldn't get rid the feeling that something bad was gonna happen. "Maxie, you ok?" She looked up to see Ray looking at her, amber eyes filled with worry. Max nodded.
"Yeah, I just can't shake the feeling something bad gonna happen, I don't know what, and I don't know when, but something will happen!" By now, she was yelling and looking at Ray right in the face.
Ray was about to say something, when Max's phone started to ring. "Hello" She answered. Ray watched the blonde listening to what the other person on the phone had to say. Max's eyes widen. "Oh my god…" Max took the phone off her ear.
"Go find Kai" She told the neko-jin. (1)
"Why?"
"Just go get him!" She was now shouting at him. Ray left to find Kai, which only took a minute. (2)
After explaining what he could, he grabbed Kai's arm and dragged him to where Max was standing, and shouting into the orange cell phone in her hand. "Listen here! I wanna know what is wrong with my best friend, and I wanna know now!" Ray and Kai glanced at each other. To be honest, the blonde was starting to scare them a bit.
Max hung up the phone. "What is going on?!" Tala, who followed Ray as he dragged off his teammate, shouted at the All Starz girl, while Ray and Kai looked confused and worried. "Tyson's in the hospital…"
The blonde in long pigtails, the boy with black hair in a ponytail, and the boy with spikey gray and dark blue hair ran though the doors of the bey city hospital. (3) "Guys!"
They saw their friends, Kenny and Henry, waving, getting their attention. The brown haired boy and girl ran over them.
"Please say you know what happen?" Max asked, begging slightly. "Well….." Henry trailed off. The three looked at the boy with growing suspicion. "Well what?!" Max shouted. She wanted to know what happen to her best friend.
Henry sighed sadly. "They said that…Tyson slit her wrists"
Kai's eyes widen, Max and Ray gasped. "Why?" Kai, who had been quiet for the past two hours in this whole thing, asked the boy in a black shirt.
Both Henry and Kenny shrugged their shoulders. "We don't know, all we know, is that she kept saying your names over and over, like she was trying to call to you guys." The three glanced at each other with confusion, yet great worry for their friend.
Kai, Ray, and Max walked down the 300s hallway, each deep in their own thoughts. 'I don't understand any of this' Ray was thinking. He knew his friend went far, but never has she gone this far. Kai was thinking 'Why did she do it? What drove her to this point?' Max could barely keep her mind on walking, wonder the same thing the boys were thinking, then she remembered something.
Max walked away from the dojo, her suitcase rolling behind her, with Ray beside her, he didn't have a suitcase. They didn't look back, but if one of them did, they could see the quiet tears on Tyson's face. Max thought it was her imagination, but she could hear very quiet sobs.
The three teens were pulled back into the real world when they saw the door labeled 'T. Granger' They looked at each other, then, Kai pushed to door open.
Tyson was laying on the bed, her wrists were wrapped in bandages. Her eyes were closed, they knew that she was asleep. Kai sat down in the chair beside her, Max and Ray did the same.
They sat there for hours, waiting for Tyson to wake up. Suddenly, Tyson started to toss and turn, whimpering. Kai, who was standing beside the bed, started to walk towards the door. "I'll go get a doctor"
But before he got to the door, Tyson opened her eyes and grabbed his wrist. "Please don't go…" Tyson was slightly sitting up, gripping on Kai's arm as if for dear life, her eyes grazed with fever. "Don't leave again, please" Tears filled her brown eyes.
Her former team stared the girl. Max quietly sneak out of the room to get the doctor. "We're not leaving Tyson, we need find you doctor" Ray said, trying to calm the feverish girl down, without much success. "But you left too, you all left, just like them….They all left me" Ray and Kai looked at her confused. "What are you talking about Tyson?" Kai asked her softly
"Everyone I've ever known left me when I needed them, my mom, dad, my brother, even you guys." She said, lowering her head. By that time, Max came back with the doctor. Tyson let go of the Russian boy. The teens left the room after being asked to.
"What did she tell you guys?" Max asked Ray as they were walking, Kai had disappeared, saying he wanted to be alone. "I'm not sure if was her fever talking, but she said that every time she needs to count on someone, they left her."
Max could feel her heart breaking at what the Chinese boy had told her. But she knew one thing, they had to get the bottom of this.
