One day while walking in the rain.. Haruhi was worrying about what her boyfriend Tamaki wanted for his birthday.. Suddenly he walked up to her. She was so surprise to see him.. Tamaki asked, what she was wondering about? Haruhi told him that she didn't know what to do about his birthday. He *smiled at her* and said I am wanting to ask you something Haruhi.. What is it Tamaki? Tamaki got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.. She was so shocked to hear him ask her to marry him? It only took a few minutes but she throw her arms around him and said yes to his proposal..
Few days later.. They had a fun date and they ended up having a little to much fun.. They went to his house and they slept all night in each other arms..
Few weeks later… Haruhi got up with pain in her stomach and she told Tamaki and he had her go to the doctor..

She came out and he asked her what the doctor said.. She smiles at him and whispered in his ear and said I am pregnant Tamaki.. He was so happy to hear this.
They went back to the club room and they ended up telling the host club members that they are going to have a baby together.. They were so surprised. They congrats Tamaki and Haruhi.. We are so happy for you guys..
Tamaki took care of Haruhi the whole time and two days later they got married..
About 3-8 months later…
Haruhi woke up and Tamaki asked her what was wrong.. She said I think the baby is getting ready to be born.. So he rushed her to the hospital with the help of his friends…

The doctor came out with a health new born girl.. Tamaki ran up to them how is Haruhi? She's fine. She's resting in her room.. Here's your new daughter.. He ran to Haruhi's room.. She just woke up. What is it Tamaki? it's a girl my love.. She smiled at them.. What do you want to name her sweet heart? I want to name her Carnation.. Wow that's a beautiful name.. *looks down at Carnation* They took her to the host club and they raised her with the help of their friends and they all lived happily ever after..
