The blade was close to her throat. She gagged. "Don't you dare touch her" in a gurgled voice. Her heart was pumping, adrenaline was jetting in her veins. Then, the whole world blackened. Fading, life slipping, darkness surrounded her.

It was a cold morning, much to Destiny's liking. Her jacket was cropped, and she wore a tank top underneath. Suddenly, her radio was stopped, then came back on, in static. "This is why I don't listen to music on a radio..." Her foster mother wasn't the richest person around, and could only afford a small radio that fit into Destiny's pockets, hidden from the rich kids at her school. Destiny's real mother abonded her at a young age. She was 19 when she had Destiny, and couldn't take care of her. News spread around quick, in the small town of Sprint Valley, everyone loved eachother and no one could think of leaving their child, even if they were too young to take care of them, She was 10 weeks old when her mother dropped her at the hospital, and that was the last she saw of her. Destiny hadn't really searched for her mother. She decided, why should she look for her mother? Shes the one who abandoned her. Anyway. Destiny was 15 now, and didn't really think about her real mother. Although she never felt comfortable calling that woman who took her in as her own, her "mum", she was the only person who could take of her now. Allia had a violent history, from being raised in a violent family. She hit and killed many people, without the police knowing. It was almost illegal for her to adopt Destiny, but she fought for her. And, as it turned out, she literally did. Her mother had never taken her to the hospital. Her mother loved Destiny very much. And that was when she found the body, buried in her foster mother's backyard.
