Welcome To Team Canada Doll.
Bobby/Ajay.
Bobby Roode folded his arms and switched his weight from one foot to the other watching the flights change from on time to at gate. "Come on." He muttered folding his arms across his chest. He had volunteered to come get the newest member of Team Canada just to get out of the hotel and away from the other members of the team all of whom were debating if there new member would be another guy or if it would be a girl. No girl would be brave enough to handle all of them and their shit. And he knew it. Heaving another sigh Bobby looked up at the sign then at his watch and back. A familiar giggle behind him made him turn his head and look at the tiny blonde standing there. "You here for me Bob?" Ajay Reso asked looking up him wearing a bright smile. 'Ajay? What are you doing here?" He asked, his icy blue eyes. "You are looking at your new manager." She grinned. The enforcer looked at her before breaking out into a rare smile. 'Well then." He started before flattering for the first time in a long time Bobby Roode was speechless. He never expected to see her again and especially not smiling at him like she was. "Surprising huh? Scott said I was the only woman that could put up with all your guys shit, so here I am." Bobby laughed and nodded his head, that was true, she had been married to him for 2 years and around wrestling most of her life and could handle everything and anything that they could throw at her. "Well I am for one very happy you are here." "Oh you are?" She asked clearly surprised. The last time they had seen each other, she had left him in a hotel room in rural Canada with a cut forehead and a bruised pride. "I am. I missed you." Her eyebrow rose even higher at the comment. "Don't look at me like that Ajay, I did." She nodded her head before shaking her head, "We probably should go, Scott will probably be pacing right about now with worry." Bobby nodded his head with a laugh, she was right. Chances were Scott would be pacing and muttering to himself waiting for them to return. In a rare act of mischief he grinned, "What do you say we get lunch first before we go to the hotel." Ajay looked thoughtful for several long minutes before she nodded her head, "Let's do. I like seeing the old man sweat a little bit." Bobby laughed and grabbed the handle of her rolling suitcase. "After you doll.' She smiled softly and walked towards the exit.
"The look they gave me when they found out I have been married before was classic." She laughed shaking her head. Bobby rolled his eyes and sat back against his chair watching her. "They said I was too young and pretty to be married." She said looking back at him as a pink tinge covered her cheeks, "Sorry I am probably talking too much." He waved her off, "I like listening to you talk. I always have." Ajay cheeks colored more as she looked down at her half ate plate of food, she had always thought he thought she talked too much so she rarely opened up about things. He took another sip of his drink before shaking his head. "We should go. I think we have given Scott enough panic.' Ajay nodded her head and finished her drink.
"Ajay?! What the hell are you doing here?" Petey asked seeing the tiny blonde he had grown fond of turning training sitting on Bobby's bed in their shared hotel room. "I am your new manager. Bobby is downstairs checking me in. I can't really be seen until showtime." Petey nodded his head in agreement still surprised, the last time he had talked to her, she had been pretty dead set on staying in Ring Of Honor. "What made you come here, not that I am not excited to see you.' "Change of scenery and things were getting a little tense with Punk so I needed a change." Petey raised his eyebrow and folded his arms. "It's all good Pete, it's all good." She grinned, "Just enjoy the fact that I am here and I will be for the next year." He nodded his head still watching her. "Tell me about Eric and Johnny. Scott wouldn't tell me and Bobby never told me about his travels with Eric when we were together." Petey rolled his eyes and sat on the edge of his bed. "Well Eric is interesting." Interested Ajay sat up and looking at him, "Interesting how?"
Halfway through show Petey was wrestling fellow Can-Am alumnus Chris Sabin and losing. Something that the coach wasn't very happy with, "Ajay go down there now!" Scott demanded seeing Chris getting the upper hand. "Don't mess this up blondie." Johnny Devine commented, he was annoyed that Scott brought in a girl to manage them, he thought that they handled everything just fine. There was no need for a girl. Especially one as annoying and self centered as Ajay. The blonde gave Devine a withering look before disappearing out of the room and going down to the ring. "Who is that?' Don West questioned. "I don't know, but she is going right for Chris Sabin.' Mike Tenay answered. Ajay waved her fingers at the blue eyed man across from her smirking slightly when he pushed his dark blonde hair out of his eyes and going over to her. 'Get down!' He said urging her to get down. She shook her head and reached her hand out and put it on the back of his neck and pulled him to her kissing him. Cat calls came from the fans causing Petey to roll his eyes and go over to the two and roll up Chris quickly for a 3 count. Once the three count was done and team Canada's music was playing through the arena Ajay got into the ring and held his hand up. "Welcome to the team Tink." Petey muttered lowly.
