"Come on Jamie! You can do it! I know you can! Come to Mommy! Listen to Mommy! Come here! This way!" Haley cooed to her one year old son.
"Come on big boy! Come to Daddy! I have your truck! You like your truck don't you" Come here and we can play with your truck together! You'd like that wouldn't you? Play with your truck with me Jamie!" Nathan called out.
"Nathan! You can't bribe our son! That's cheating! It's not fair babe." Haley pointed out.
"Hey. No one said anything about the tactics in this game okay? And this isn't bribing. It's an incentive."
"It SO is bribing. You know what? I'm gonna change tactics too since you can be so annoying."
"Hey. You said you loved that about me last night in bed!" Nathan pouted.
"Yeah! Well I – I lied! Come on Jamie. We're changing tactics!" Haley said, her face reddening at what had happened the night before as Nathan first smirked then frowned in confusion at her actions.
"Babe! Where're you taking him? We're not done yet! Hales! Where are you going?" Nathan sighed and sat back down on the floor, rubbing his recently shaved head. This was going to be a long night and he had a long hard day of basketball training with the Spurs the next day.
Just as he was about to tell Haley to carry on another day, the door to James' playroom opened slowly and all thoughts of basketball and babies flew out his mind. His jaw dropped as Haley gave him a smirk that could rival the famous Scott smirk any day.
"Hey babe." Haley whispered in a low sultry tone. "Like what you see?" She asked, as she ran her hands down the entire length of her body and over her crotch. Nathan breathed deeply as he shook to clear his head of all the things he wanted to do to Haley right there and then.
"When did you get that?" He whispered hoarsely.
"A few days ago with Brooke. She thought it might come in handy. I guess she was right." Nathan reached out to grab her but she quickly maneuvered out of his reach. He frowned.
"Hales, what's up?"
"No touching."
"You're kidding me right?"
"Nope. I'm dead serious."
"What're you up to now?"
"You wanted to play dirty right? Well, so do I." Haley smirked.
"This is REALLY not fair. I only used Jamie's truck!"
"Well I'm using my trunk!" She paused for a moment to let Nathan admire her body before speaking up again. "So, What's it gonna be?"
"This is so not fair. I WILL get you back for this Hales. This isn't even bribing anymore. It's like blackmailing or something else illegal."
"Stop trying to change the subject!" Haley said in a singsong voice.
"OK OK FINE! You win! We'll get the red couch. Happy?"
"Elated." She smiled as she slowly made her way onto Nathan's lap.
"You're evil." Nathan said between kisses. "But so hot."
"I know."
"I love you Hales."
"Always and forever babe."
