Duo and the Snow
I love the snow!
It's coming down so thick now -
"Can I go shovel it? Please?"
Wufei sighed and rolled his eyes. "Baka"
"Sure, go right ahead," Trowa smiled, pointing me to the shovel.
I put on my hat, and my scarf, and my mittens
My warm winter coat - it's black, for Shinigami!
I shoveled the whole driveway -
Quatre has a *very* long driveway -
But it was so fun I didn't mind!
I love the snow!
Quatre's house is on this hill -
So I dug a long trench
(it took me all day)
Tomorrow I'm going to go sledding!
It's still snowing!
I grab my sled. "Does anyone else want to come?"
Heero just glares, and I don't know where Wufei is.
Trowa's watching TV.
"Quatre?"
"Sure," he smiles, and we both go outside.
I love the snow!
This toboggan run is so cool!
I'm so proud that I built it myself.
We fly down it again and again,
We land in the snow drifts and Quatre says maybe I should shovel again.
"Sure!"
I like the snow.
But today my head aches
And my nose is all runny
And I can't go out and play.
It's so cold in here -
Wufei says, "Of course it's cold, braidboy, it's winter!"
And just leaves, shaking his head.
I still like the snow.
(I think.)
Heero says the driveway has to be shoveled again.
Quatre says he'll make me hot chocolate
So I go back out there -
Man, this is hard!
It's still snowing and the piles are over my head!
This is hard, and I don't want to shovel anymore.
But they need me - how else will anyone get up the driveway?
I don't really like the snow anymore.
My head really hurts
And I can't stop sneezing
And now I have to stay in bed.
"I'm bored!"
"RUN!" screamed Wufei
And everyone left me alone.
Now I'm bored *and* lonely.
And my nose is running and I don't think we have anymore Kleenex.
I don't like the snow at all now.
Everyone left and then it snowed so much they couldn't come back.
They're all stuck at Relena's
And Deathscythe's buried so I can't get there either.
And now I'm really bored.
I ran out of food, and I'm hungry.
I hate the snow!
And it's still coming down!
I tried calling Relena's
To get Wufei to come melt the piles
With Shenlong, but he wouldn't.
He just laughed and hung up.
I tried calling back -
To see if Relena would pay someone to dig me out
But Wufei answered, "Baka, go dig yourself out!"
And he hung up on me.
That was mean.
I'm still sick, ya know.
I hate the snow!
But Quatre finally tunneled through -
He brought me food and cookies and milk!
I sang and danced until he made me stop
'Cause he got sick while he was tunneling
And wanted to go to bed.
He's no fun anymore.
I hate the snow!
And I'm moving to the tropics!
Who says the Shinigami can't?!
I'm on the first plane outta here -
"Call me if you need me!"
"Hah! I don't think so," says Wufei
But we'll see.
I love the tropics!
It's so warm down here!
With rivers to raft and lots of girls!

This is so much fun - why didn't anyone else want to come?
Why is it raining?
Why won't it stop?
What's a monsoon?
Where's all this water coming from?
I hate the tropics!
I wanna go home!
