Running

A poem about Link saving the light spirits. It could also apply to Midna as well. It is from Midna's or the light spirit's POV. PLEASE read and review! I am BEGGING you all!

I just keep running,

No end in sight.

My heart pounds,

The ghouls steal my light.

I keep running in this forest.

Just keep running in the dark.

I keep on running, on and on,

So the demons don't take my heart.

Then you appear on my left side,

Saying you'll keep an eye on me.

And you set spark a fire in my heart,

You kindle a light in me.

I look at you with confusion,

But you simply laugh and say:

"Don't you worry just hang on and you will be okay."

Then you draw your mighty sword,

And swing with all your strength.

The demons, ghosts, and ghouls run away in fright.

Back into the shadows,

Back into the night.

You charge with a wild wolf's cry,

Pinning to the ground,

The little evil insect,

That dared to chase my 'round.

I gawk at you in wonder,

As you walk towards me.

You hold out your glowing hand,

And restore my light to me.
