Naruto groans softly as he wakes with a hangover and next to someone. He is in a henged female form. He remembers being a clone set up by Naruto to trick Sasuke into funding him. He has been sarcastically talking to him since the first day he henged as a female. For the last five weeks she/he has been having sex with him, mostly because it feels good and Sasuke professes his love to her when they are alone.
Groaning he stands and hurries to the bathroom, puking in the toilet seconds before Sasuke is there rubbing his back. This Naruto has the general looks of a red haired uchiha woman without the stress lines. "Hinako, I think you need to pee on this." Naruto slowly looks on the device, having dreaded those words, before he turns sickly green.
After several minutes he stares at the little plus sign before he decides to speak with the Hokage. "I need to go talk to my honorary grandfather." He says an hour later after his stomach has calmed down.
"I can go too. Especially if it is out of the village." Hinako shakes her head.
"No need, he works in the Hokage Tower." Sasuke sighs before nodding to her. "I'm sure he can get us a baby doctor too. I want our little one to come out completely healthy after all." He smiles tiredly, knowing it isn't very likely. Sasuke carefully helps her get dressed before she leaves the house in the Uchiha District. She carefully and slowly walks directly to the Hokage tower before requesting a meeting with the Hokage.
After about thirty minutes the old man comes down at the sound of the yelling secretary. Naruto's clone is crying in distress by this point. "What is going on, Minako?" The secretary quiets.
"This woman demanded to speak-" Suddenly shikamaru sighs from where he stands next to his father.
"Liar." He mumbles under his breath. He turns toward the hokage. "She has been requesting a meeting with you as soon as possible. She claims you sent her to watch Naruto." The hokage's eyebrow raises as he looks at Naruto.
"Please follow me, and Anbu, arrest the woman behind the desk." The secretary is instantly cuffed before she starts screaming about Naruto being a freak and Jinchuriki. The woman's throat is slit and gurgles are heard as he goes up the stairs after the Hokage. As he arrives in the office he lunges for the trashcan and barely throws up in it in time. "Naruto, explain." The clone looks up at him before pulling the tiny stick out. The old man frowns before he looks at it and his face looks grim.
"I'm a clone and it is Sasuke's kid. He doesn't know about the henge." Naruto bursts into tears as the Hokage gently wraps an arm around him.
"For a thirteen year old henged kid you are really breaking a lot of universal laws of science." Sarutobi says as someone gently begins poking at his belly with their chakra. Naruto looks up to see an anbu quickly using their chakra on his belly. Naruto jerks away.
"I'm keeping him!" He screeches in a panic. Sarutobi quickly calms him down with a new bowl of ramen.
"Naruto, she needs to check the baby's health. That is all she is doing." Naruto hesitates before reluctantly letting the anbu go back to her task.
