It wasn't so long ago that she herself was a serpent, and with a mind that is itself that of a snake, Sun-Sun watches from the shadows. She can appreciate the newcomer who has given her a different form with reptilian eyes, appreciate danger and power from him. She watches, waits, and observers.

If Ichimaru Gin is the snake in the grass, waiting for the chance to strike, then Aizen Sousuke is the great constrictor that feigns sleep. Its great coils gleam in the sun and it looks so harmless, as though it wouldn't commit harm to a fly. But to all those unfortunate enough to find themselves in the constrictor's coils, there is only the slow death of suffocation.

Sun-Sun sees this, and she recognizes the value of seeming mild and harmless, just like him. For deception, she has had a superlative teacher in the Shinigami Aizen Sousuke.

"Today, I have had my first taste of Hollow flesh as an Arrancar."

"And?"

"It was delectable."

No excess words and no sign of anything but impassive acquiescence as the cool, shadowy smile leaks across his face. "Good."

Peel scales away and taste delicious flesh with hands instead, without the risk of death over her head.

She owes so much to her teacher, Aizen Sousuke.
