Prologue
The Clone Wars started after the Jedi came to the aide of Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Padme Amidala on Geonosis and the Grand Army of the Republic defeated the Confederacy of Independent Systems, also known as the Separatists. The once peaceful Jedi were sent away to fight the Separatists as generals on many fronts, where they commanded legions of clones. Neither Count Dooku, known as the Separatist Leader, nor the Republic knows that elsewhere in the Unknown Regions of the galaxy, the Sith Empire has returned under the leadership of Darth Revan and Darth Rune.
