In the shadows of the night...

is a girl clad in black.

Black hooded mantle, a pair of large shield sunglasses, a lower face mask, a Capture Weapon and for her clothes, its just a form-fitting sweater, gloves, miniskirt, tights and lace-up boots. On her legs were holsters for a knife each.

5'6 tall, slim but clearly strong by the looks of her thighs and shins alone, but not enough to disfigure her natural beauty as a girl.

In her possession, were papers.

Papers of her victims that she lit on fire with a lighter and she watched them burn.

'Well, I'm done for the night.' she mused as she went home.

Her home was in an apartment that she climbed up to using her Capture weapon, to get to her bedroom windows.

She got out of her outfit.

Out of the hooded mantle, shades and mask, is a green-haired and eyed girl with fair skin, and diamond pattern freckles on her cheeks. Her expression was cold.

Changing out of her outfit into innocent-looking pajamas, she went to bed.

Next Day...

During breakfast, there was this news.

/This morning there is yet another victims of assault. The same pattern of blindfolding and ball gag, and hands damaged beyond repair even by Healing Quirks./ said a newscaster. /The victims also have X-shaped gashes on their faces./

/And as usual, they have no idea who their attacker was of course...they get hit from behind by a needle containing sedatives...and then the attack happens./ the other newscaster shook his head. /Police still haven't found out what the motives for this attack were. Victims so far, are all under-20, even school teachers. Investigators are asking around those closest to the teachers and kids in question...but teachers have it even more brutal. They're all blinded and ears sliced off along with the X gashes./

The girl changed the channel to a morning homemaking program.

'Izuka, you're in University now despite your age.' said Izuka's mother, Midoriya Inko told her daughter. 'W-would you try going out once more?'

'No.' said Izuka flatly. 'I'm doing other things for now, mom.'

'Other things...'

'Un.'

'Izuka...you can't home-school University, you know.' said Inko softly.

She wasn't stupid.

Her daughter is causing all these attacks all over Musutafu.

Targeting specific teachers and students...due to her past in KINDERGARTEN.

How should she know her daughter is quite the grudging person?

She only spared a certain boy, because his mother was her friend. Otherwise, he too, would be maimed for life so it was her who was protecting him from her.

If only that boy didn't start all this...her daughter wouldn't have walked this path. Home-schooled all her life, and taking up Gymnastics, Track and Swimming. Due to having no school to represent, the workshops she attends would say 'She was an unacknowledged star in the sports field because she doesn't go to school. She's a National-Class Athlete!'

If that was so, she'd have medals and trophies by now regardless of placing, be it 2nd or 3rd as being 1st place requires an insane amount of dedication.

'...I'll go at a proper age mom. For both our sakes so for now I'm on vacation.' Izuka snorted. 'I'll take a job to kill time for now but I'll scope a job good for me for now.'

'Well, at least that's better than being a Hikikomori and wasting your youth here, you know?'

'Heh.' Izuka scoffed. 'After breakfast I'll go job-hunting, OK?'

'At least that's marginally better than staying home all day...' Inko sighed as she put breakfast on the table.

But still as a mother this pains her.

Her daughter assaults teachers and students who mistreat Quirkless like herself just because they have powers, they don't. So Izuka damages their hands beyond repair with an X on their faces, and attacks mutant-based Quirks, if ever just to disable the using their Quirk on others ever again.

Maybe after cleaning up Musutafu...she'll change?

She has one last victim and put up a type-written note on her last victim.

You ask why I attack teachers and teenagers?
Simple.
These FAILURES have FAILED to raise children properly.
Parents have no clue that their proper upbringing is soiled
away from home behind their backs! Instead, these
so-called educators encourage bullying on those they deem
inferior, and turn a blind eye to their actions simply because
these kids have a 'flashy good quirk good for heroics'.

Hah, before you think that, raise them to be good
and do good first instead of encouraging their cruelty
towards others in nursing their ego and superiority
complexes.

My victims are such disgusting teachers who turned
a blind eye to bullied children and turn a deaf ear
to their pleas for help. And these rotten fruit in turn
are budding villains free to torment others yet
aspire to be heroes?...what a joke.

If you want to stop me...correct yourselves
first and you will never hear from me ever again!
Fail...and you're next. Wanna lose an eye and ear too,
you garbage who don't deserve the title Teacher?

Parents, look at your children. You may have raised them
well but school may ruined your hard work behind your backs
because of Quirk-Bias Treatments encouraging Egoistic
Natures and Superiority Complexes and take delight in
hurting those they're SUPPOSED to protect if they were
aspiring Heroes.

Musutafu City is now clean of such trash.
Unless you do something, I'll grace your city/town next.

This made headlines hence. On a woman who was deliberately tied in an uncomfortable position on a park bench. Like many, her eyes and ears are gone and her hands damaged.

This has been the subject in topics in television and the mentality of the Villain when the police found her.

Hence students are now asked by the media and indeed...things came to light.

/These students are darkly vindictive saying 'serves them right' towards their teachers and bullies and they're almost 100% of responses when our Journalists asked students in all schools in all school levels./

/This is dismaying, but unless Teachers clean up their act, Codename Avenger will be back. And nobody's caught whoever this is so far!/

/Since Musutafu City is the first place in Japan to deal with such attacks, we can speculate that whoever this is, is a Musutafu Citizen./

/This year, many aspiring teachers have gotten their Teacher's License but to prevent Codename Avenger from coming back to Musutafu and attack other cities, the Department of Education declared all teachers will be thoroughly tested with Mental-Powered Quirk volunteer agents to sort out good from bad teachers and take back their Licenses, and only allow good teachers to proceed. Currently-employed will be under checks, including teachers of Hero Courses./

/We think Codename Avenger, whoever this is, has been a victim of such and having nobody to go to for help and decided enough is enough, being pushed this far and most likely, an under-20 as well. However, Heroes say what was done is terrible and wrong and categorized this as an act of villainy, but a villain pushed to commit such acts as a result of having no one to go to or turn to due to Quirk Preferential Biased Treatment is dismaying as well that made Avenger who they are today. The only way to stop Avenger is to deal with teachers and teach as well as strongly discipline kids well in school and at home./

Listening to the news as days gone by, Inko hoped her daughter will stop as she promised, and turn to a normal life.

'Mom, I found a job!' Izuka called out happily. 'I got a job as an Accountant in a Supermarket!'

'Oh is that so? That's wonderful, dear!' Inko beamed. 'How much will you get though?'

'My starting salary after I proved my mettle is 400.000 a month! I had no idea Accountants earn that much, this is so cool!'

'Well, as long as you'll go to University one day dear!' Inko told her daughter happily. 'A College Diploma will earn you more opportunities and more doors will open for you!'

'Hai!'

With this, Inko thought, Avenger will no longer grace the public.
