Hey, this is new fanfic, hope you like it! The chapters are going to be short, and sorry for that, but time-wise long chapters aren't working out for me. Again, sorry.

Rikki and Zane Chapter 1
Rikki is walking near the beach when Zane comes running up to her.
"Please kiss me!" he says.
"What?" Rikki asks.
"Please kiss me, now!" He sees Miriam coming towards him and quickly kisses Rikki. Instead of the dull kiss that both Rikki and Zane expected, there were fireworks, so they fall into the moment. While they are kissing, Miriam runs up to Zane and Rikki, trying to divert Zane's attention to herself away from Rikki by calling Zane's name. But Zane just shoos her away with his arm, and then wraps it back around Rikki's waist, pulling her closer to himself. Miriam screams even louder when she sees Rikki reach on her tip toes and wrap her arms around Zane's neck. Soon Miriam gives up and goes away. After a while, Rikki and Zane pull away and look at their feet.
"Well, um, thanks for, um, helping me out…there. I, uh, really needed it. She's getting on my, um, nerves. Yeah"
"Uh, sure, yea, no problem." And so Rikki starts to unravel herself from Zane, untangling her fingers from his. But Zane firms his grasp on her hand, and pulls her back to him. As Rikki twirls back into Zane's arms, he kisses her. When they pull away, Zane smiles at Rikki.
"You didn't really think that I would let you go after that kiss, now did you?"
"I was hoping that you wouldn't!" they both smile and lean in for another kiss.
