"Hi, Sota. How was your day at school?" Kagome asked her little brother when she had come back from the well, and he had come back from his day at his school.
"Fine, but there's one problem." Sota said, handing Kagome a slip of paper with a sigh. Kagome took the piece of paper from the small boys hands.
She held the paper up to her face and read:
Dear Parents/Gardians,
We are learning about responsibility and the children of Ms. Aoki's 3rd grade class thought that it would be a neat idea to bring in their pets. If they do not have a pet, bring in an animal that a family member may let them borrow for the day. We appreciate your interest in your childs education. If you have any questions or comments about this call Ms. Aoki at 555-1234.

"Oh. I see your problem, Sota. Why don't you bring Buyo? You take care of him when I'm in the Fuedal Era." Kagome said. "Cat's are for GIRLS, Kagome, and I want something really cool. Like a snake, or somethin'." Sota said, as he looked down at Buyo who glared at him and growled in reply. "Then I could teach it tricks and may even get it to wrap around my neck. Wouldn't that be cool?" Sota finished.
"Yeah, but all we have is Buyo...or do we? I think I might know what you could bring in for your show and tell project for school." Said Kagome, getting her backpack and walking out the door. ****************************************************************************
