Normal people, or Normals, don't have the same issues with trees and siblings.
Normals don't use super glue to seal up cuts.
Normals don't use bar rags and duct tape as bandages.
Normals don't use whiskey as a disinfectant/cleaner.
Dean Winchester took normalcy out back behind the bar, and beat it to death before shooting it twice just to be sure.
Then, gingerly walking on his good leg, he stalked away to apply fresh bar rags before Sam whined about infection. Without a second glance at normalcy, he went back to the bar to continue living his own brand of normal.
