Told in poem form.
Disclaimer: I don't own the characters, only the idea.
An interesting sight to behold,
Not one of silver or one of gold,
Washes over bewildered faces,
And questions form in empty spaces.
...
Bright sunny days spent in the park,
Eventually set alight a spark,
Two young friends under the trees,
Thought something more could become of these,
Secret meetings held now and then,
Could not be heard of because of them.
...
The audience found in one young mind,
Turned what once was easy and once was kind,
Into doubts and questions, smiles into frowns,
Soon it was asked 'What do we do now?'
...
One half smiled, reassuring and bright,
One half fled into a dark lonely night,
Wishing they had the strength to fight,
For what once was easy, once was right.
...
Sitting alone on an old, run down chair,
Wondering why life isn't fair,
When all of a sudden those voices replied
'this is your life, you have to try'
...
Like a bolt of lightning in the sky,
Running back so fast it's thought she flied,
Around the corner, around the bend,
Untill she found her home again.
...
Knocked once, twice and then three times,
The door was opened up to find,
Her friend, her life, who she hadn't seen in awhile,
A smile on her face, trying not to cry.
...
She laughed, apologized in kind,
For running when she should have tried,
Taking hands they walk through the door,
Into a happy future, forevermore.
