Everything is over. Ichigo is almost dead, so of course there's a way to return everything to another point, and Ichigo finds himself with no memory of Soul Reapers, and has to watch his mother die again, and has to live through years of his life again.

Yes, hello. This will be a Bleach time travel fic in short chapters, occasionally longer ones. My aim is 500-750 words per short chapter.

Destruction reigned. Hueco Mundo was in ruins, the Espada had been wiped out, but Ichigo still couldn't feel victorious. He knew that Karakura was in danger, but he couldn't get back. Uryu had tried to stop him earlier, and- and Ichigo had run him through with his black sword. He was just barely alive, but hopefully would live.

The battle for Karakura Town was lost. The four pillars had been destroyed and the real town had returned to the human world. It was in ruins, and the Soul Reapers guarding it were either heavily wounded or dead. Even the Captain-General had fallen to Aizen. The Visored had almost been wiped out, with only Mashiro and Shinji remaining.

So, of course, there was a device that would reset everything. Urahara and Mayuri had been working on it for a couple of years now, and it was finally finished, although there were some risks of permanent alterations to the past, present, and future. The thing was, it was almost completely necessary, what with almost the entire of the Soul Society's captains and assistant captains having been wiped out and Karakura Town being almost completely destroyed.

"We have to do it. Almost everyone's dead, and even Ichigo won't be able to survive his wounds," Urahara explained. This was the fateful moment. His finger hovered over the button, and, deciding the fate of the world, he let his finger descend, pressing the button. At that moment, it seemed that the world was torn apart, and Urahara, Yoruichi, and the rest found themselves apart, in the places they had been on the night that Ichigo's mother was killed by Grand Fischer.

Ichigo felt a searing, red-hot pain throughout his body, and found himself suddenly holding hands with someone he couldn't see, until he looked up. His mother. She was here, and alive, and he had no idea what would happen to her that night, or what would happen when he met Rukia Kuchiki, or what would happen when he was mortally wounded by Ulquiorra Schifer in Hueco Mundo. He didn't know what would happen to him after that night. He didn't know what the hell Soul Reapers were.

"Mom!" Ichigo now knew that his mother was dead. Tears streamed down his young face, and he knew that he would have to avenge her, however that would be.
