Prologue
"You're sure it will work?" work? work? work? his loud voice echoed.
"Of course. It's 100% sound," said a little girl. Unusually, her voice didn't echo.
"And it will work for all of them?" them? them? them? " The witch, the former watcher, the one-eyed?" eyed? eyed? eyed?
"Gosh, I told you the necklace would work. Why wont you just believe me?" she wined.
"Because its just like you to cheat me out of something this big!" big! big! big!his voice echoed all throughout the large, white room.
"We would never cheat you out of your humanity. Just something small. Never something this big." she said strongly.
"Well if this doesnt work," work, work, work, he moved closed to her and started chokining her, "say good bye to your partners." partners, partners, partners
The girl wasn't gasping for air. Instead she said in a loud, un-little girl like voice, " YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DEFEAT THEM!"
"We'll just see about that," that, that, that he said, dropping the girl and turning. He was about to leave when he called over his shoullder, " By the way," way, way, way, "I like you better in a dress. Claws just arent your thing."
