Final Fantasy 7

The events that took place after Advent Children. I have not played Dierge of Cerebus so this story is acting as though Dierge of Cerebus never happened.

Now Arriving at the Gold Saucer. Cloud, Tifa, and Barret walk off and walk inside. Already owning the gold ticket which was worth 30,000 Gil. No fees were needed. This was where Cloud had his first date with Aeris. The lovely flower girl, killed by the one winged Angel. Sephiroth. As The three hop into the battle square hole, they are surprised to see a new battle game. Save the princess, The warrior fights with only items and weapons. While the princess can only defend herself with magic. "Let's do it Cloud." Tifa said with a excited tone in her voice. "Not interested." Cloud said back. Cloud not being that type of guy, wasn't interested in doing things like that. Even though he did have strong feelings for Tifa now. Tifa took hold of cloud's hand and dragged him in. No was not an option in this situation.

The rules were simple. Warrior fights with weapons and items, princesses fight back with magic. Save the princess in time and win. Cloud the warrior, Tifa the princess. Looking back now, he remembered that promise he made to Tifa years ago.

FLASHBACK

"Hey let's make a promise. Umm...If you get really famous and i'm ever in a bind...You'll come save me, all right? " Says tifa.

"What?" Cloud replies back

"If i'm ever in trouble, my hero will come and rescue me. I want to experience that atleast once." Says Tifa.

"What?" Cloud says again

"Come on! promise me!" Tifa says

"All right...I promise." Cloud says

That day still runs through cloud's mind. Being childhood friends with Tifa, for some reason, did she want it to be more. It was hard for her to say something the last time they were at the gold saucer. Things could be different this time around. Since Sephiroth wasn't running around and causing chaos. Nothing could stand in Cloud's way. No one could cause a threat.

So now the game starts. As he enters the first hallway, he came across a guardian scorpion blocking the door. Of course everyone should know that a mechanical enemy like this one is weak against the thunder spells. Swinging his sword to his back, Cloud casts Bolt Three on the scorpion as it was easily destroyed. As Cloud ran down the hallway, he couldn't get Tifa out of his mind. Then there she was going up against a Lost number enemy. Cloud's eyes lit up when he saw her fall. It almost brought him to tears. Cloud ran over to her but before he could reach her, she had vanished like Megaman teleports in and out of a level. Then Cloud vanished. The game was over now.

At the station, Cloud and Barret waited for Tifa. No sign of her anywhere. "Yo man, where the &%#$ is Tifa?" Barret shouted out. Cloud shook his head without saying a word. Maybe she was mad from the game before. It was just a game though, how could she be mad? Cloud went back inside and hopped into the Ghost square. This haunted mansion is where they all usually stayed at. Searching the entire building, she was nowhere to be found. Cloud headed back to the station and looked at Barret. "She's not here Barret." Cloud said in a sad tone. "Damn we better hurry up and find her. Where could she be?" Barret said. Cloud had only one good idea of where she could be. Both Cloud and Barret got on the blue train and then onto their airship.
