Herpexia

"It stops now ok? I've had enough!" Sam slammed into the bathroom and Dean waited for it.

"Dean!"

Yup there it was.

Sam threw opened the door and marched back into the room. "I swear to God…this time….I'm gonna make you eat these." He waved the blister pack of pills in his brother's grinning face.

The rugby tackle caught Dean off guard and his brother pinned him to the floor and started to tickle him.

"Hey!" Dean squirmed as he tried to get out from his brother's hold. "That's not fighting fair."

"Not my fault if your Mr Oversensitive." Sam doubled his assault with his right hand on his brother's ribs and tried to pop the pills from the blister pack with his left.

"Oh..hohoho. Look who's talking. Ow, stop that." He tried again to control the chortles that where running through him as Sam managed to free two tablets and force them into his mouth.

"S'm." Dean struggles increased as his brother grabbed the glass of water from the nightstand with an evil grin and then forced him to drink it. It was swallow or choke. He swallowed.

Sam let him go, falling against the bed, his own laughter now filling the room. "That'll teach you to leave packets of this in all my stuff! I mean I pulled out my wallet in the store and a packet fell out on the floor! Do you know how embarrassing that was?"

"You sonuvabitch! You just fed me tablets for genital herpes because I embarrassed you in a store? I do that all the time man!" Dean lay back on the floor, his side too sore to be bothered to sit up. "Did you read the side effect these suckers have?"

Sam grabbed the packet. "Headache, diarrhoea, permanent erectile dysfunction, suicidal tendencies and nausea."

Dean's head shot up. "Permanent what?!"

"It was only two tablets Dean…." Sam clambered over the bed as his brother pulled himself up and slid his hand under the pillow.

"You know I don't know about suicidal but I feeling a little fratricidal at the moment." He pulled his knife free as Sam bolted for the door. "Yeah you better run!"

Tossing the knife Dean got up, shaking his head. "Bitch, I've got a headache already." The idea formed as he tipped two of the tablets out into his hand. Swallowing the headache pills he emptied the rest of them into a plastic bag and popped two of the similar looking Herpexia out and into the bottle.

"Where I go, you go," he grinned and shoved the bottle back into Sam's wash bag.
