Don't own them.

"Come on, Mr. Sonic! It's time to pick the flowers!" Sonic smiled at the young rabbit and answered, "I'll be right there, Cream!" The girl smiled back and ran out the door.

Sonic's smile fell off his face and he looked at the ground in silence. "I'll be right there…Mom." Nobody knew, but Sonic was actually from the future. He desperately wanted to tell them, especially Tails and Cream, but they would all think he was crazy. It was best to forget about it and continue with his new life.

Besides it's not like I'll ever see Mom and Dad again. It's been seven years. They would've found a way to reach me by now. He shook his head and smiled. And I've been living fine on my own for a while. I have a good life. No point dwelling on it.

"Mr. Sonic!" "I'm coming, Cream! Boy, girl sure loves her flowers." With that, the Blue Blur ran out of the house.

Sonic did not know that he will see his family again…today.

Somewhere in the forest, a bright light flashed through the air, scaring the birds out of the trees. Two silhouettes of a grown rabbit and fox appeared for a few seconds before the light disappeared. The grown rabbit had a worried expression and was looking around the forest anxiously, as if desperately searching for something.

The fox had a grim look on his face, blue eyes not expressing any emotion except a sliver of worry. He looked at the watch on his wrist. Please let us be in the right time… "Monday. June 21, 2010." The fox sighed in relief, then turned toward the rabbit. "He's here." The rabbit sighed with relief beside him, happy tears filling her eyes. She never felt this emotional until she saw her mother on Earth.

We're coming, Sonic…

The whole gang, minus Shadow, were in the fields, picking the soft yellow and blue flowers softly. Amy kept on trying to press a flower behind Sonic's ear, who looked at her with exasperation. He hid a small knowing smile as he saw Tails shyly hold a red flower to Cream, a hand rubbing the base of his neck, blushing madly.

Cream blushed as well, taking the red flower from Tails and sniffing it softly. Sonic hid his smile behind his hand. This was too funny.

"Sonic!" Sonic looked around the group in puzzlement, who had stopped what they were doing too when they heard the call. "Did any of you say something?" Everyone shook their heads. Sonic shrugged and continued picking more flowers for Cream.

"Sonic!" The hedgehog raised his head again, hope and disbelief filling his eyes. "No…it can't be…" Amy placed a hand on his shoulder. "What's wrong, Sonic?" Sonic opened his mouth, but the call sounded again.

"Sonic!" Everyone paused what they were doing and turned toward the top of the hill. Sonic felt his green eyes fill with tears at the sight of the two people he missed the most.

A grown bunny and a grown fox flew toward the blue hedgehog, happy tears falling down their faces. Sonic stood up and ran toward the adults. The grown rabbit held her arms out and Sonic fell into then, sobbing into her chest. The fox wrapped an arm around the rabbit and the other around Sonic.

Everyone watched in shock at the three. Not only because this was obviously a special reunion…

…but because the fox had two tails.

The fox looked up and turned toward the kids. "Oh, hello children." Sonic immediately turned back to his friends, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. Tails turned toward Sonic and asked, a little hysterically, "Sonic, who are they?"

Sonic sighed, "This is my mom and dad." Everyone looked at the strange three. "My adoptive mom and dad."

The fox and rabbit looked at Cream and Tails warmly. "We're you from the future." Tails and Cream looked from their older selves to Sonic in shock.

Sonic looked at the both of them with an uncomfortable smile and shrugged.

The end…unless people want to see what happens next…
