Now You Can See Me

Rozlynn Wood had spent her life invisible it wasn't until two men came into her life and told her how wrong she was. Join her as she joins her classmates for the beginning of Xavier's School for Gifted Children. She may also fall in love along the way. AU: The incident in Cuba never happened, Erik is stull here and Charles isn't in a wheelchair.

A/N: This is my first X-men fanfiction so please be nice, I finally decided to write this after watching the new X-men film ( so good). So please Review and Favourite!

This story is set in an AU where Erik listened to Charles in Cuba, Charles was never paralyzed, Erik never left but Moria's mind was still wiped

Chapter One

I always knew I was different. Rather than believe I was extraordinary I thought I was below that, I thought if I died who would remember me? My existence didn't seem to make a bleep on anyone's radar and I had to try extra hard for a teacher to even remember me.

I never knew it was mutation holding me back from the world.

I generally hid in the library after school, it was quiet and not many people dropped by. There were days I was able to sleep on the couches in the reading room as the librarian had forgotten I was there and my own family didn't see me truly.

So I was surprised when someone sat across from me, I hid it and I waited till they left. Most days no one sees me at the table, until that day.

"Rozlynn Wood?" a voice cut through the silence. I froze. No one had ever come to me to talk. No had ever seen me.

I looked up and saw two men sitting across from, looking at me.

I had looked to the side in case they had mixed me up with someone else.

"Yes?" I had whispered my voice cracking from its prolong lack of use.

"Excellent. Excellent, it's our pleasure to meet you" the shorter one replied, holding out his hand for me to shake. I took it in my own hands and I felt a rush of warmth flow through me.

'It's okay you're no alone anymore, never again' I heard in my head. I snapped my head up to look at him amazed.

"How?" I whispered

"Some of us are destined for great things Rozlynn, much greater" the taller said and as he spoke my reading glasses rose above the table.

I put my hand over my mouth in shock, I was in near tears. I thought I would be alone for a long time.

'Don't fear Rozlynn there are others and they would so like to meet you'

Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr changed my life that day, and I left Boston that day with hope in my future.
