The music pulsates through the room, an electronic mix of country twang Tim mcgraw and heavy bass. A large smile rest on Blaine's face as he toys with his virgin cocktail. His eyes are set on Karofsky, who sharply executes the electric slide in synchronicity with the others on the dance floor. Their eyes catch, a smirk forms on Karofsky's face as he continues to dance.

"Care to dance," a voice says breaking through.

Blaine is met with a short blonde with a cowboy hat wearing a mischievous smile.

Blaine slightly tilts his head, "No I'm...I'm here with my boyfriend," he nods, "but thanks anyway."

The mini cowboy nods and goes on his way.

'My boyfriend.' Blaine thinks.

A round of applause spreads through the bar, the audience pleased by the dancing performance. Karofsky walks to the DJ, they talk a bit and Karofsky nods with a smile. He walks ups to Blaine and wraps one hand around his lower back and plants a peck on his lips.

"Oh my god you're sweating, " Blaine observes with a laugh.

"One way to work out I suppose. You ready for yours?" Karofsky replies.

Blaine is taken aback and gives a quizzical look. Karofsky looks over to the DJ and back at Blaine.

"Their ready for you." Karofsky says happily.

"But I don't...know how to DJ," Blaine replies bemused.

"No, sing booboo. I know you teaching the Warblers you haven't exactly gotten the chance to really sing so I talked to the DJ for a song, " Karofsky explains.

A warm feeling, a joy, spreads through Blaine.

'He's really considering me' Blaine thinks.

"Thank you...thank you. I...this is sweet." Blaine says searching for words.

Karofsky eyes flicker with joy. They melt into a kiss, it lingers, moist, soft.

"Ofcourse." Karofsky says softly.

Blaine feels warm, safe, cared for. It feels real.

"What do I sing?" Blaine questions excitedly.

"They have an electric mix of love story by Taylor swift," Karofsky replies.

Blaine smiles. Nods.

"Okay." Blaine replies.

They walk toward the DJ, their hands on each others lower backs. Karofsky gives him a gentle guiding push onto the small stage next to the DJ booth. Blaine nods to the DJ, him seemingly understanding. Karosfky walks back to the dance floor, a assortment of gay bears around him. He looks to Blaine who looks back.

The music begins to flow from the speakers.

Blaine begins, "We were both young when I first saw you. I close my eyes and the flashback starts: I'm standing there on a balcony in summer air."

The troupe of bears, Karofsky leading, start another round of the electric slide. They all have smiles, there is something in the air, they feel it, move with it. The moment seems to slow, captured.
