I'm thinki'n this'll be go but sometimes it comes out worse on paper. If you do happen to read this story pleeeeeeeaseREVIEW!! Cause I only get like 5-10 on most my stories, don't you feel bad for me?
"Hey Em," said Casey.
"Hey so movie night tonight?" asked Emily.
"Yah, don't forget about the pizza," said Casey.
Ever sense they had been friends Fridays were always happy days for Casey and Emily because even if they failed a test or something (which Casey never had to worry about)
They could look forward to going to Casey's house and watching a movie, then talking about the movie non-stop. (They frequently went to Casey's house because Derek was always out somewhere, Edwin, Lizzie, and Nora would go to Lizzie's indoor soccer games and Marti and George went out for ice cream and to see a movie.)
"Well, we better get to class or else we might be late from the English test," said Casey.
"Wait, there was an English test today?" Emily said panicking as she flipped through her books.
"That English test was fairly challenging, A-. How bout you," asked Casey.
"C+, pretty good for forgetting about it huh?" asked Emily.
"Oh yah, really good," Casey said lying in her opinion.
"Hey apparently there's a new girl around. Her name is um, something Conway, said Emily.
"Lena Conway?" Casey asked.
"Yah that's it. How did you know? You must have heard of her," said Emily.
"No Lena actually went to my old school," said Casey.
Casey hadn't seen Lena in forever. She was a lot like Casey, neat, good grades, and was a natural born truth teller.
"Wow I can't believe she's here!" said Casey. "I got to go see her she'll probably need help getting used to this place. Um Em, you don't mind do you?" said Casey.
"Um well-" Emily started.
"Great! I can't wait to see her!" said Casey.
" I guess it doesn't matter!" yelled Emily, but Casey ignored her.
"Hey Emily, I want you to meet my friend Lena!" Casey said excitedly.
"Hi, I'm Lena!" she said.
"So I've heard. Emily," she replied.
"Oh Em, I hope you don't mind, and I know you won't I invited Lena over for movie night tonight!" Casey said excitedly.
"Yah, I hope Derek's not there though, you've told me how annoying he is," said Lena.
"Oh, that's, um, great," said Emily.
"Mom, guess who I met at school today!" said Casey walking through the front door.
"Must be a dork, looking at how excited you are," said Derek.
Casey didn't comment.
"LENA CONWAY!!!" Casey said letting out an annoying high-pitched shriek.
"The Lena from your old school?" Nora asked.
"The same, and she's coming over tonight for movie night!" said Casey trying but failing to calm herself down.
"No way I'm here tonight." Said Derek.
Casey and Nora gave him the "you don't have plans" look.
"I thought movie night was just for you and Emily," said Nora.
