Left&Loved

This is just a different Twilight story with different characters & a different plot. Rachel "died" two weeks ago, Damon "died" a few months ago, but its not his first time "dying". Rachel is left to fend for herself in a new life, hoping he'll return.

Preface

I ran as fast as my body would let me, catching only glimpses of trees that lay before me. All I saw was green light that was ahead, waiting for me. I needed to find him branches of trees brushed against me, and the green light was becoming lighter letting me the twilight lit sky. The diamonds on my skin glowed as I found the end of land, on top of a cliff that was above the ocean. He was gone, forever, and yet I still loved him. I began to cry a tearless sob while the ocean breeze mingled with my blonde hair. I sat down on the edge of the cliff as the tearless sobs left.

Light footsteps trailed behind me it was them. I glanced at them from behind my shoulder, they had come for me. I stood up, bent my knees, ready for an attack. The alpha had a scrap from the shirt of my love in his teeth. I never gave much thought to how I would die, but if it was for the one I loved, it seemed like the right choice.

I'll be there soon. Don't worry.

I slowly fell to my knees, and let my head drop, this was my ending.
