I came up with this story after reading Terra's role on the show. After what happen in 'Things Change', I felt so sorry for her. After going through all that pain and sorrow, especially when she couldn't remember Beast Boy at all, I felt that the ending was very sad. So I though it would be good to have a bit of humour for Beast Boy, at least for a while.
Disclaimer: I do not own Teen Titans and the song. Teen Titans belongs to DC Comics and the song belongs to Monty Python.

The Bright Side of Life
'I'm telling you, man. That was not Terra, and even if it was her, she probably won't risk being with us again!'
'Don't start that with me, Cyborg. I know a girl with blonde hair and earth moving powers when I see one.'
'Well, maybe you need to replace those batteries inside that head of yours!'
'You're saying that on behalf of yourself, robot boy!'
'ENOUGH ALREADY!!'
Beast Boy and Cyborg turned to see Raven who looked like she was ready to explode.
'Look, whatever the case, Terra's gone, and there's nothing we can do to change that! This pointless argument has gone on far enough. Besides, you, Cyborg, could do with a good recharge now.'
Cyborg looked at Raven angrily. 'Don't even joke like that.'
'I wasn't joking.'
'GOOD, CAUSE IT WASN'T FUNNY AT ALL!' They both walked out, arguing to each other, leaving Beast Boy alone in the room.
Beast Boy knew it didn't happen, but it did. He knew he saw Terra at the school hall, but she didn't believe her. He did everything he could to bring her memory back, but it was no use. She just said that the girl he knew was nothing but a memory. Things change overtime.
Tears started to form in Beast Boys eyes as he sat on the floor, trying to cover up his sadness. When he looked up, he saw something he didn't notice before. In the CD collection was Monty Python's Life of Brian. He took it out and looked at the back. A song was listed there called 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life.' He then put the CD in and played the track. As he sat to the couch, the song began.
Some
things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other
things just make you swear and curse
When you're chewing on
life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help
things turn out for the best...
And...
Always
look on the bright side of life
Always look on the bright side of life
If
life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And
that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing
When you're feeling
in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and
whistle
- that's the thing.
And
Always
look on the bright side of life
Always look on the bright side of life
Beast Boy wasn't sure if it would work. But he tried. As he whistled with the chorus, he suddenly realised that he was no longer sad, but happy.
For
life is quite absurd So always look on the bright side of death
And death's the final word
You must
always face the curtain
with a bow
Forget about your sin -
give the
audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance
anyhow
a-Just
before you draw your terminal breath... Life's a piece of
shit, when you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's
true
You'll see its all a show, keep 'em laughin as you go
Just
remember that the last laugh is on you
He
then found himself singing along to the chorus. He then something on
the table⦠a picture of Terra. He then realised that although it'll
be painful at first to lose someone he'll always love, there was
always a way to look at the bright side of life. Always
look on the bright side of life
