Long ago there was a Pharaoh named Ateum and a Queen named Heba and they were loved by their people but they died young and when they died their court had them buried together. But what was not know to their court waas they were to be reborn and that brings us to Yami and Yugi the reincarnations of Ateum and Heba.
Yami is a normal high school teenager he was on the track and field team he was popular and has a girlfriend but he had been have these strange dreams. These dream to him felt real like memories not dreams so he talked to his grandfather about them and he said "sometimes dreams show us things from a long time ago" and he drop it but what he did't know was he was about to meet the girl from these dreams.
