Air Gear

We were slowly skating around in the dark when Onigiri stumbled clumsily in front of us.

"Onigiri," I asked.

He replied with a grunt. "They took… Emily… and… Kururu."

I clenched my hands together hard, baring my teeth as I spoke, "Who?"

"That…Death God," He shuddered, and stopped moving, I didn't need to get closer to him to tell what had happened to him.

"Bucca, get him to a hospital, Kazu, come with me." I barked orders at them, and darted towards the death god's home.

Kazu was on my tail quickly and said, "What's happening? Is Onigiri alright?"

"Didn't you hear him?" I asked.

"Ya, but where are we going?" Kazu asked.

"To get revenge and to get back, Kururu, and Emily," I said.

"Revenge," He asked confused.

"He killed Onigiri, Kazu."

We flied higher, and higher, quicker, and quicker until I stopped in front of the death god's palace. I looked in disgust at it, and strode in. I heard Kazu exhale as the doors closed behind us. I looked around at my surroundings. Mostly there were skeletons laid out on the floor with names beside them, and small opening for a pathway. The path lead to large doors on the right side of the palace.

I heard someone scream, that sounded a lot like Kururu's. I quickly turned in the direction of the scream. A small blood-stained door lay ahead. I walked over to it, and put my hand on the doorknob. I could feel that the blood was fresh, as some of it dripped onto my hand.

Suddenly a sword came strait threw the door, and stabbed my shoulder.

"Ik- Ikki," Kazu screamed. I opened the door to see the death god hovering over Kururu, and Emily. Kururu was crying, and Emily was on the brink of tears holding Kururu tightly in her arms.

I pushed the door away from me making the sword leak out of me. I saw Kururu look up to me with her tear-stained face. Anger shot threw me. There were cuts all across her arms, and legs.

"Ikki," Kururu whispered.

"Get them out," I said to Kazu.

Kazu passed me quickly, grabbed Emily, and Kururu in a blink of an eye and fled.

"No, Ikki!" I heard Kururu scream.

We exchanged looks of hatred then he charged at me. I raised one of my legs.

He hit it, and flew back into the wall.

"What's wrong with you Ikki, you never cared before."

I looked away for a second and he pierced me with the sword again, but this time it was in the stomach. It hurt like hell, but my anger held out, so I kicked him back hard, and dragged the sword out of my stomach. I felt blood drip from my mouth. I bared my teeth, and clenched my fists. I looked at the so called death god, and held the grip on the sword.

"To. easy." I said, and skated over to the wallowing figure on the ground. I quickly stabbed the skater, pulled out the sword, and dropped it on the floor. I looked at it. This sword was his pride. I thought crossed my mind, and I put my skate over sword, pushed hard, and it broke. "Your pride is like a twig, bitch." I said and skated off not wanting to collapse in front of him. Before I left I wrote with my blood on the wall, THE STORM KING WAS HEAR. IF YOU WANT REVENGE, COME! YOUR LEADER WAS A BLOOD-THIRSTLY BITCH THAT DESERVED TO DIE!

Painfully I skated out the doors, and collapsed on the adjacent wall. I stared up at the large palace witch I had come from.

"Ikki!" I heard Kururu scream. Moments later I saw her before me. She was still crying, but I don't blame her.

I started to breath heavily under the cool air. Kururu kissed my forehead, and hugged me.

Sniffing she said, "Thank you Ikki, but please don't go. I-I…Love you"

I brought my hands up and hugged her back. "I…Love…You." I could feel my senses weakening. I grew tired, my eyes closed, and my senses completely went out as I lay there in the cold night.
