Cody sighed as she walked down the sidewalk; she ran her fingers through her brown hair.
'I knew I was right but I didn't want to believe it. I mean I know I should be happy but would Angel think' she thought as she looked up at the surrounding buildings around her. It was a sunny and beautiful but the only thing she could think off were the ifs.
She sighed again and looked down at her feet all the scernios going through her head the good and the bad. She didn't even notice when she got back to the hotel.
She looked around the lobby and found no one was their so she down on the chair that was in the middle of the room. She rested her elbows on her knees and propped up her chin. The scernios still going through her mind.
"Hello? Cordy are you their?" Chloe asked as she stood in front of her friend. She saw that Cordy was staring into space.
"Hmm??" Cordy asked as she looked up at her friend.
"Are you okay?" Chloe asked.
"Yeah. Where is Angel?" she asked.
"Upstairs with Spike playing with Connor." She said as she smiled. Cordy nodded and got up.
She walked to Connors room she saw that the door was open. She smiled when she the two big bad vampires playing with a three year old.
'What would demons thought if I told them this' she thought as she shook her head.
"Having fun guys?" she asked as the two vampires looked at her. Angel nodded while Spike winced because Connor had just grabbed Spike's hair and pulled on it.
"Hey Spike can I talk to Angel for a minute." She asked as she looked at Connor.
"Yeah" he stated as he got up and walked out.
She walked into the room and kneeled down in front of Connor who was playing with some toy trucks. She played with him she knew Angel was wondering what was wrong but she was still wondering how to say it.
"What's wrong Cordy/" he asked as he looked at her.
She took a deep breath and sighed, "Angel I have news…." She stated as she smiled at him.
"Well??" he asked urgently.
"I'm pregnant" she said to him. She waited for him to do the worst scernio. But the next thing she knew she was being swept up into his arms with him yelling "Wohoo!!" She smiled and knew that she shouldn't have thought the worst.
