"I mean it's crazy!"
"What's crazy?"
"Oh. Uh..." Hans paused, clearly not expecting that response.
"..."
"We finish each other's-"
"-sentences?"
"No. That wasn't what I was going to say. I-uh...was going to say sandwiches." Only after he said it did he realize how silly it sounded, even to his own ears.
Elsa raised a white eyebrow, "Why would we finish each other's sandwiches?"
"'Cause we're soulmates, right?" he laughed awkwardly, feeling a warm blush rise onto his cheeks.
"I just met you. I barely know who you are. Plus, I don't believe in soulmates or love at first sight."
"Oh. Well - um," Hans stuttered, unsure of what to say. He tried to think of something to say that would make him sound less like a bumbling idiot.
Elsa sighed and headed towards the large, intricately designed, open, double doors. Her white braid swung behind her shoulder as she turned back to give Hans a quick glance. "Maybe I should leave? My sister is probably wondering where I am, anyway."
It was just an excuse and they both knew it.
"Oh. Yup. Your sister, um, Princess Anna, right? Yeah. Yeah, okay. Bye?" He didn't want her to leave, but she was already turning away from him before he even finished his sentence.
"Bye," she mumbled before leaving the balcony. Hans heaved a sigh as the doors shut hard after her. So much for love being an open door.
A/N: This isn't that good, I know, but it's been lying around in my documents for a while now so I decided to post it cause, why not? Also, I apologize for not starting the song at the the very beginning, but I just thought it'd be awkward to try to incorporate Anna's lines in the song (like "I see your face") to Elsa's personality.
Review? :)
