Chapter 1: - A New Starting
After defeating Shinnok, twenty years later Johnny and Sonya's daughter Cassie is getting ready to go on a mission. After settling their plans and everything they are ready. "I think Sub Zero will resist and call for backup" said Takeda. "If he resists we bag him immediately" Replied Cassie. Johnny comes into the room "Ready everyone? We land in 5 minutes I'll be watching from here , he points towards the screen. "Alright and please Jin if you fuck this up then you'll be literally out this team" Jin looked at her in a mocking way. Then they landed and Cassie saw no one was out of the temple, she had a feeling something was wrong but ignored it and moved on. "Jin Takeda go to the other side of the door when I say we move in" They nodded and Cassie said go but the grandmaster came out. Jin didn't even listen to Cassie and started fighting with everyone but the grandmaster fought and won. "Fuck Jin you shouldn't have done that" Cassie felt mad at Jin. Johnny came at that moment and realized that it was just a test. When they all were back at the plane, Cassie and jin started arguing, "Calm down Cassie he said he's sorry" "Well he says sorry and does the same thing again" "Alright forget about it General has called us back we need to not talk about this all right" "Alright fine" said Cassie. After they had landed at the base, they saw everyone even the soldiers talking with each other in groups. Johnny called one of them and asked "What's going on? Why are all of you here?" "Sir we had a man flying and land here then General Blade took him with her. Sir he was different I tell you he had pink eyes. He lowered his voice and said "He might be a conduit" Cassie said suddenly "What's a conduit?" "A person who has powers born with him" replied Johnny seeing Cassie wanted to ask more questions he told the soldier to go away. Then the group followed Johnny Cassie saw that Jin Takeda and Jacqui were talking to each other but didn't say anything. After they reached inside the tent, General Blade was there only. Johnny asked her "Do we have a guest?" "He's not a guest cage he's a skilful S.F soldier if you don't know, he's if you remember". At that moment Johnny didn't say anything he just kept on nodding then the General said on the walkie-talkie "I need you here right now please" Cassie was astonished her mom never said please to anybody not even to her daughter then why this guy. Then he came, Johnny stood still but Cassie was moved he looked so perfect but his eyes, why were they pink. He smiled in the beginning at Cassie then stopped and looked at the General but then Johnny moved so fast and hugged him hard and said "My boy you've grown look at you ever since the incident I never saw you" Cassie and the group were still looking at them. Then General Blade told them "this is Alex, he's a conduit and he is a part of S.F" Alex turned and said "Hi you must be Cassie because you have the looks of your mother" he held out a hand but Cassie didn't shake, Alex said "Maybe her mother has stopped her from talking to boys" He laughed, his voice so clear and then he left. General Blade said "Cassie you and your team will go to outworld and find the Amulet and I'll leave you to prepare" and she and Johnny left the room.
